We will visit the oldest market in Naples. All Neapolitans go to this place to do their daily shopping.
The guide will make you taste typical Neapolitan products. Only a local person can know which places are historical and non-touristy. You will discover an atypical market for Europe. You will feel like you are walking in an ancient market. Naples still has its identity alive. You will walk eating the best products, mozzarella, fried foods, tripe, sweets and coffee or limoncello.
While you eat, the guide will tell you the stories of our products and the history of the neighborhood.

The meeting point was in a busy area and the tour guide did not have a sign so it was hard to identify him. The tour itself offered some interesting insights about the food in connection to Neapolitan culture and history. With a little research it would have been able to try all of these foods on your own since the places were fairly close together.

Our guide, Stefano, was wonderful. He was so informative and gave us a real insight into the history and culture of Naples. We had a great time exploring authentic Neapolitan eateries and joining the bustle of a typical lunchtime in the market and surrounding streets.

Stephano was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and hospitable. He made it very engaging for children as well; my daughters wanted to go on it again. The foods were great and filling, we were full by the end. There were lots of fried food but we understood why and its historic relevance. Best experience in Naples.

Pascuale was a lovely guide. Knowledgeable about the food and Naples itself. It's great trying totally different food most of which was great, especially the mozzarella.

The guide was great! Lovely lady :) the food was just a looot of fried stuff only 2 things were not fried (chitterlings and smoked mozzarella). Just not a lot of variety… we expected more
