My friend and I took a 3-hour private tour, and Vasilis was our tour guide. it was a great experience.
My friend and I wanted to see the highlights that makes Santorini famous as a Greek island popular destination. I couldn't request specific destinations since I was not familiar with the location. So, Vasilis took us around the island in a Mercedes van with stops in Oía, and other locations in the center and southern part of the island. The drive and the stopovers included breath taking views. Vasilis also explained the history on each location. The 3-hour option with VIP Tours is a great option if you're limited on time, and we were able to select our preferred pick up time.
My friend and I commented over dinner that day how our experience with Vasilis was the highlight of our 2-day Santorini trip

Santorini was a dream come True my wife and I had a fantastic stay and the Toure we had with VIP transfers & Toures was brilliant, informative and our gide was diligent and pleasant I will recommend VIP Transfers to anyone visiting the island it's a must thanks again Nico for your humor and your knowledge of the Island and its History

We booked this tour and communicated with Megan at VIP about our pickup location. We were told to tender from our cruise ship to Firs Port then take cable car to to of mountain to meet our driver somewhere up there. Upon arrival at the port an hour before the tour we were met with a crowd of 2500+ passengers from 4 ships all trying to get on one cable car that only held 36 people at a time. Takes about 10 minutes to get to the top. It wasn’t even running when we got there.
Needless to say we weren’t going to make the tour. We called the Viator / VIP contact and heard nothing until 2 minutes before we were to meet the driver up top. He was no help. Instead we were told the ship should have docked elsewhere/ really?! He later wrote how “pissed off” he was that we put a hold on our credit card charge. This felt like a setup. He is from Santorini and knew all ships came into that port and the cable card in no way could handle the crowds.
I requested a later time, a credit from Viator for uses elsewhere or a refund of some type- all NO!
Poor business practice. Rip off

What an amazing day! Demitrus was so personable, knowledgeable and a superb ambassador to Santorini and Greece!! We would highly recommend, it was a great variety and he was also a great photographer ?

My Husband and I did a wonderful private 5 hour tour with Lee. (Can’t spell his Greek name) we saw every inch of the beautiful island, from Oia to the lighthouse, the highest point at the monastery and everywhere in between. Santorini is our absolute favorite in the Greek islands.

Had a great tour of Santorini and touched on all the major sites. Our tour guide Lisandros was great and helped us take some great photos of us too and well as gave recommendations on local shops for souvenirs. Great experience.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable guide with a customizable experience this is a great tour. I highly recommend the private tour if your group size allows, its easier to get around the island.

Dimitri was a wonderful guide! He was friendly and energetic. It was a great day! They picked us up at the ferry port and dropped us off at Oia where we continued on our own for lunch and sightseeing. This was a great way to see the island. Lots of stops along the tour to walk and take photos. Beautiful day!
