Jesus salas was an amazing guide! We have an amazing day and he made everything smooth sailing meaning we didn’t have to worry and everything was easy for everyone in the group!

Jesus salas made everything a lot more fun and brings the good energy to get you going- very good experience! One in a life time and caters to all, a lot of turtles so you get to see them more than once! Definitely worth the money.

We booked an adventure through our hotel with this tour company and couldn't fault it.
We were picked up on time by a lovely driver called Javier. On route to our first destination we picked up the tour guide. Eli was lovely. He was very friendly and professional. We did the cenotes, turtle swim and beach lunch.
Eli was very knowledgeable and attentive with the younger members of the group, helping them where needed.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and this excursion...very professional

Do Not recommend this company at all. It was never stated anywhere that if your chlostrephobic you can not participate in the excursion. We were picked up at our hotel on time and as we were driving out of the resort they started asking questions regarding health problems, etc. That’s when they realized we were unable to do the excursions, and turned right back around and dropped us back off to the hotel within 3 minutes of being on the bus. I asked them if I would get a refund and he was so rude. His name was hazael, had a very bad attitude and was making jokes about Mexicans within the first few seconds of being on the bus. We felt very uncomfortable in those few minutes we were on the bus. I called them for a refund or credit for another excursion and they were refusing to give me a refund ! And Hazael lied about the reasoning for dropping us off right away. He said that we were smoking on the bus! That is 100% false. But I do have the incident report stating the actual Problem and reason we were not able to Take the excursion. RECOMMENDED: book your excursions through the hotel is half the price cheaper and way better customer service. CANCÚN ADVENTURES DO NOT USE …. Or viator because I booked through them and they “tried” to get us a refund of 308.00 usd and then said they couldn’t unless Cancun adventured refunds them. This was a complete scam !!!

We loved the experience. Experienced guide, calm and cheerful. We found nature again with this experience, much more lush than in the resorts!

Tour guide and driver was absolutely amazing. Punctual, personal and knowledgeable about everything we did saw the biggest turtle ive ever seen. The food was ready minutes after we got to lunch, no wait, no time taken away from the experience. It was absolutely perfect 😊😊😊
