Ocean Rafting’s scenic flights depart from Whitsunday Airport, located at 12 Air Whitsunday Drive, Flame Tree, between the popular tourist destinations of Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands and just 8 minutes drive from the main street of Airlie Beach.
Departs daily at 7am, 8.30am, 10.00am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm

Organisation and views were terrific. Plane was cramped and overheated even with air flowing. Pilot was excellent and trip was worthwhile.

What a sensational scenic flight - Ocean Rafting scenic flight amazing - clean aircraft, friendly and informative pilot - and wow wow wow the views of Whitehaven Beach, the Islands, the Great Barrier Reef and Heart Reef, the colours of blue and turquoise breathtaking. This is a MUST DO experience, we really are blessed to have this in Australia and the experience from booking with Nathan through to the entire team, very easy and seamless, right through until when we landed (smooth landing) was without fault. What a great day - thank you.

This was a fabulous experience and very well organised. The whole team were happy, friendly and informative. Alex, our pilot provided a great commentary and ensured everyone got to see everything The views of the Whitsunday Islands, Whitehaven Beach, Heart Reef and the Great Barrier Reef where truly spectacular. A real bucket list experience!

It was amazing!! I did the fly&raft tour and splitted it in 2 days. So I had the ocean rafting tour to Hill inlet and Whitehaven beach on one day and the scenic flight on the second day. The ocean rafting was such a great and fun day! The boat trip is so much fun, the staff is really nice and kind and the tour guide knows a lot!! The scenic flight was insane! Just an unbelievable experience! It was amazing , so beautiful! You definitely should do it when you are at the whitsundays. The heart reef is amazing as well! The pilot was really nice, kind and told a lot of nice facts and info. It was such a great 2 days, I had so much fun!! The flight was definitely a bucket list thing 😍.

An almost indescribable experience, you have to live it. I'm afraid in planes but here, despite the apprehension, everything went well thanks to the young woman who was piloting. She was calm and reassuring. What we flew over is just magnificent but the highlight remains the Great Barrier Reef and the famous Heart. What an emotional moment! He will remain as one of our tops, as part of our current World Tour.

Our pilot Tilan made great commentary and ensured we understood the safety briefing, which all enhanced the experience to be the best! Absolutely loved this 60 minute flight over the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef, Book ASAP!

Brilliant company, they pick you up and take you to their airport. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I did this solo and got the experience of a lifetime! My pilot put me in the passenger seat so the views were fantastic, when we went past the love heart reef without me knowing he took a pic of me taking a pic and airdropped them me! Small gesture that I will cherish forever! The flight is so much fun and I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The views were beautiful, the following day I did their boat tour so I got the best of both worlds 🤩
