This Sunset tour allows visitors to discover the hidden world and wildlife of the lush rainforest, and the picturesque volcano, which is dyed in the colors of the sunset, hanging of the most spectacular bridges of Costa Rica.
Accompanied by a naturalist guide, you will hike a paved trail of 3.2 km, with a total of six hanging bridges.

The view was spectacular. When we started our tour, we saw spider monkeys climbing in the trees above us right away. Our guide stopped and helped us get pictures through his telescope. He was super knowledgeable about the animals on the walk and helped us locate them on our walk.

Wow! We ended up with a private tour - unintentional and unexpected - and it was fantastic! Our guide was a genius and had an impeccable eagle eye; he spotted everything! We saw walking stick bugs, a baby viper, a wild boar family with a baby, toads, frogs, and everything in between. We got some incredible photos despite the overcast. They had a very cute heart set up in front of the volcano so you can take a cute photo if you wanted. The twilight tour is the best because you get day time animals and night time animals. This is a must do!

Gabriel was a great night guide. Knew about all the bugs. Found a sloth and kinkajou.
Great hike and super cool bridges. Good parking and bathrooms. Delicious lunch spot but make a reservation.

It was a great walking tour, but we were expecting to see more. Although it got cancelled due to weather, prior to that, I felt like we didn’t see much (I.e. variety of animals) I’m sure this is out of the tours control.
We probably could have followed the signs ourselves and still had a great experience. But for safety reasons, we booked with a guide. Tour got canceled due to rain, so we missed maybe the last 20 mins. Maybe that’s when we would have saw more animals ?
I’m not sure I would do this tour again.

We went for the twilight walk. We saw a few animals during daytime.
The nighttime was more about listening.
It was really worth it.
The bridges add a nice flavor and the kids got the impression we were on an expedition.
The guide will make or brake this experience.

This was the most incredible tour! There are lots of tours of the hanging bridges, but to be able to do it at twilight with a guide who brings a high powered telescope is unbeatable. Plus, the park was empty as most yours are mornings or afternoons so we had the park to ourselves. Our guide would find the animals, use our phones thru his telescope lens & capture the most incredible photos & videos - things there’s no way we could find or capture on our own or part of a large tour group. The bridges were incredible & as night started to fall, the jungle came alive with sounds! Truly incredible tour!

I’m struggling to find the right words to describe how magical this tour was! Gabriel was the perfect tour guide, and we saw so much wildlife. Some white-faced monkeys even came to play with us! It was the cutest thing I’d ever experienced and was so unexpected. We also spotted howler monkeys, tarantulas, poisonous snakes, a wild boar, bats, lots of birds, frogs, crab and other little critters I would have missed on my own, but Gabriel has a great eye and really knows his way around the jungle. The bridges were quite scary but offered some breathtaking views that are so worth it!
