We had a great adventure on this tour. There was alot of walking, not very hard but there are hills you have to traverse. But in the end you will get to relax you muscles in the hot springs. Also lunch was good. Christian is a very good and informative tour guide.

Great tour. Just the right amount for a family with 3 older kids (14,14, and 12). Loved the pineapple and the hot springs for the finish!

We hiked through the rain forest. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and animals. He pointed out the animals that was present. He made sure we took photos and he helped take photos.
The volcano and natural lakes were beautiful.
Lunch was ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. Afterwards, we went to relax in the hot springs. Each pool of the springs was very relaxing.

Great guides with great people. The tour started at hanging bridges. Having a guide we were able to see animals we wouldn’t have otherwise and got pictures through their telescope. The volcano hike had great views. Lunch was delicious. We signed up for the hot springs but apparently everyone else was doing the waterfall. The tour dropped us off at the hot springs and said they would be back at 4pm. Around 420, tour buses finally came back but none of the drivers knew they were picking us up. Luckily we were able to get a ride home. The hot springs were really cool and a must do. Overall it was a great tour, I just wish getting a ride back was a little more organized especially since we didn’t have service.

The service was excellent, they picked us up from the hotel. The hanging bridge is 2 1/2 tour but brilliant, we than we to Arenal volcano unfortunately it was misty so didn’t get to see the volcano but was still great to go on the lava route. We than went for lunch which was delicious and ended the trip at a hot spring, can’t fault it in anyway very good value for money and would recommend booking with them.

I liked the tour of the bridges although I thought it would be more natural, the ground was very prepared for tourists. Even so, our guide Carlos was the key to the tour since he taught us and explained the different animals that we were seeing with professionalism and concentration. He was close to the group and patiently answered all the questions I had. Then we went to the hot springs although I also expected them to be natural and it was like being in a hotel.

Had a great time doing this tour, which included the Mistico Hanging Bridges hike, Arenal Volcano Park hike, lunch at a local restaurant, and admission to a hot springs resort. The guide, Christian led the two hikes with enthusiasm and gave us a lot of information about the area, the history of the volcano and nearby La Fortuna, and had binoculars and a telescope which helped him find a lot of wildlife for us (frogs, snakes, sloth, lizards, birds etc). The day starts off with the Mistico Hanging Bridge hike which took about 3 hours on a well maintained trail that isn't very steep (easy hike overall). Along the way, we saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed excellent views from the hanging bridges. Our guide also offered to take pictures of us too! For the second part of the hike, we were driven a short distance in the tour van to do the volcano hike (2h, steeper but gives a really nice view of the volcano although we didn't get that close). For the volcano hike, we hiked on lava rocks that our guide mentioned were from the 1968 eruption. I definitely enjoyed both hikes
The lunch is at a local restaurant - food is okay, the meals are filling and the restaurant has several vegetarian options and one or two vegan ones. Afterwards, the group is split up for those who paid for the full day tour that includes the waterfall, and those who only paid for this tour (hanging bridges and volcano). This felt a bit awkward as most in the group were going for the waterfall - luckily a couple of others had paid for this tour so we went to the hot springs resort together. It would definitely have been a downer if I was the only one going to the hot springs.
Overall an enjoyable tour and well worth the money!

Everything was very good from the beginning to the end, the truth is that it is highly recommended. On the walk we found many species of insects, several snakes and even a sloth. They carry a large binocular along with a tripod to see animals in the distance, then on the volcano there are very good places to take photos, the food was really very good and to finish some time in the hot springs, highly recommended

The park is lovely and easy to walk. The bridges are unique with a great view. Tour operator was good. Through it we were able to see a colorless frog, several species of lizards, two different snakes, a toucan, armadillos, monkeys and a large bird.
