Hi everyone from ! Alfonso is an amateur chef on the Amalfi Coast  and now takes care of his new location "CASA SCARICA ",

where cooking lessons and home restaurant evenings are held. We use all local ingredients here are some garden ingredients that we will use during the exsperience:tomatoes and llemons.We want to convey to our guests all our passion for food and local specialties! 

This will teach you how to make the most authentic italian handmade pasta, using fresh local seasonal products.

We will cook all together following my instruction and we will eat three classic traditional dishes: homemade pizza-fresh pasta with tomato and basil and a dessert. We will give you the recipes of the three types of pasta as a gift

We can also plan a guided tour of an artisan pasta factory to see Pasta production .

Our family had such a great time making pizza with Alfonso. He was very patient and knowledgeable. An awesome experience in Italy that we’ll take home with us to the states. Thank you Alfonso for an amazing time! We wish we could have taken more classes with you !

We were a family of 5 people. The class was very successful. the chef and all the assistants were so kind and generous. the english wasn't perfect but we understood the instructions. we made ravioli, gnocchi, pizzas.. and also had an appetizer and a delicious dessert. there was a lot of food and the chefs kindly packed for us what was left. all the food was really tasty.
in addition, they took us to visit their pasta factory nearby and even gave us a very nice present - a big package of gragnano pasta.
we got a warm and personal attention from the chefs, there was a very good atmosphere and we had a great family time.

If you have an opportunity and/or privilege to take this cooking class. TAKE IT. TAKE I. TAKE IT. The instructors were phenomenal to say the least. The food was amazing. We picked our own ingredients. Learn about the culture. It was a remarkable experience.
