Whatever you do, donot book this trip through Trip Advisor. Despite receiving confirmations through Trip Advisor when we booked and paid and receiving 2 separate messages from the tour operator before we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. It took the tour operator 35 minutes to resolve and they asked us multiple times to “prove” our booking. Even with the confirmation information from Trip Advisor, they continued to challenge us as if we hadn’t paid for the trip. There was no way to contact Trip Advisor at any point during or after the process. Once on the trip, it was a great experience. So, save your time and your sanity and book directly with Unique ATV Tours.

Day started with us not being able to all drive because a Drivers License is required. We were sold on a waterfall experience and swimming and ride thru the jungle. It was driving thru town to dirt rode and no water to swim. Only taking you to stops for people to hustle money from you. Then when you get back the guides that didn’t speak to you or offer any help ran up to everyone in my family demanding a tip. The was the worst excursion I have ever been on. The pictures I bought you could not see first and when we looked at them they are terrible!! And we paid and extra $80 for that on top of the $570 I spent on the waste of a day tour!!! My family was very upset that we wasted a day of vacation on this scam of an excursion!!!

We didn’t bring our drivers licenses and ended up having to pay to have someone drive us. It was the best thing ever. Definitely recommend having a driver so you can enjoy the stops and the scenery.
