the tour guide Caesar was awesome! he knew like a million languages and was also very funny.
the tour itself was efficient, seamless, and very fun. 100% would recommend. They also took professional photos of us (a little bit on the expensive side but worth it because they're great quality and also you get A LOT of photos) #CaesarSalad

Diego was an excellent guide! Super knowledgeable and very personable! From the turtles to the Cenote swim everything was incredible. We have been on a lot of excursions all over the world and this is def one of the top ones. The Cenote cave experience was so amazing. We did a cave/raft experience in Belize that wasn't even as close to amazing as this one.

We had Monse as our tour guide and she was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable about both the sea turtles and cenotes, while also being very friendly and attentive to everyone on the tour. She made the trip better than I could have imagined! Ruben was our driver and got us to our location perfectly. They will update you for any time changes ahead of time for pick up (they let me know they were running behind due to traffic) and still made great time getting to our first location.
It says to bring a swim suit but I’d recommend wearing it there. There are changing rooms/bathroom at akumal and the cenote if needed. May want to consider a rash guard shirt because you cannot wear any sunscreen but you do have a life jacket to help protect from the sun. The cenote water is cooler but felt refreshing in 90 degree weather. The snack and small lunch provided were great and appreciated! I brought a waterproof phone holder to take pictures, otherwise you leave everything locked in the van during the activities that the driver will watch.
10/10 recommend this trip and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have Monse as your tour guide!

Top excursion and agency. I highly recommend especially to French people. We had a guide, Marion, who really listens and knows her work perfectly. If I had known about the agency before I would have only gone through it.

The excursion was fun and entertaining. Raul, our guide, was informative, had safety in mind, and made it a fun excursion. We saw several turtles, which is always amazing. This was our first experience with a cenote and it didn't disappoint. We highly recommend this excursion with a two for one experience.

My fiance and I had a great experience! Our guide Dolo was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We had Toni as our photographer and he took incredible photos! He was also very professional and personable! He made us feel confident in front of the camera. Our driver was Sergio and he was also great, we felt safe the whole time during the ride. When we come back to Mexico we will be booking another excursion it will be through Ocean Tours and we hope to get this trio again!

The snorkeling was amazing, got to see turtles, sting ray and a bunch of fish. Truly an amazing trip. Alma was a great tour guide, hostess. She was very knowledgeable and caring about the sea grass that turtles eat and the reefs.
