This tour will bring you to the Maeklong Railway Market (umbrella pulldown market) by local train and then continue to visit Damnoensaduak Floating Market. This is often considered the most famous floating market in Thailand.

There were too many people on the train, market was so busy and it was uncomfortable. Floating markets were ok and enjoyed the experience. However the tour guide dropped me off right in the middle of Bangkok instead of back at my hotel where I was picked up from. Tick that box, don't have to do it again.

The tour description doesn’t really do this tour justice. After an extended ride in the van, you wait for a train next to beautiful salt flats. The train ride is fun, and you get to see the countryside. The floating market is a bit of a tourist trap, but it’s a great experience. Enjoy the boat ride and don’t buy the overpriced souvenirs. One other piece of information: this is not an half day tour. Our tour was solidly 8 hours. Overall a very good experience.

An unforgettable experience. From the pick-up, the driver, our knowlegeable guide Sara who was excellent.
The train ride to Maeklong station and the experience of the Railway Market as well as the boat ride on the river at the floating market was very special and amazing to see.

Was a great tour, fun and our tour guide gave us lots of great food recommendations. The only think I wish is that we got more time at the railway market, ended up only being about 15 minutes there total. Wish we had a bit more time at that stop to explore.

I had a unique experience joining this tour. The sights are amazing and exciting especially the railway market tour. I love this market tour and highly recommended. Our tour guide is good and knowledgeable and super accommodating. We were picked up at our hotel and alighted at MBK at the end of our tour. I am very happy with this tour.

This tour is worth doing. The markets are super picturesque and intense. We don’t have those in our countries. The tour is on an agenda, so you have to get going, but still.

We really enjoyed this trip, our guide and im sorry i can’t remember her name but she was great and had a lot of knowledge. She made the ride up there very interesting. It was amazing to see the markets in action. I do wish we had just a little more time at the locations but I know were were on a time restrictions.

The pick-up arrangements were good and on time, but it would have been better if a return arrangement could have been provided, not left to our own devices at a shopping mall. The guide had a polite manner about her but was hard to understand.
Otherwise the content of the tour for the train and floating markets were great.

It's worth visiting but you should arrive early to have a suitable seat. The visit must be combined with the floating market one morning arrives
