This half a day tour allows you to upgrade to a full day tour at the end to include Pablo Escobar sites, but never changed the description of the tour which caused a confusion with the tour guide. He looked very uncomfortable when we had to tell him that Pablo Escobar’s burial site was part of the tour. He wanted to practically change our tour. To add credit to our tour guide, he did added two extra interesting sites to our tour, the monument to the victims of Escobar’s killings and the pueblito paisa.

We had a wonderful tour with Alberto as our guide. He is a very knowledgeable and kind man who gave us a good understanding of the history and politic of Medelin and Colombia 🇨🇴 We loved our time with him!!

We went on the horse back, zip lining and fourhweeler excursion which was amazing. So many beautiful views. Our tour guide David was amazing. One of the best tour guides I have ever had. David was such a good tour guide we decided to book a city tour with him the following day and have him show us around the city which was so cool. We went and saw the Grave of Pablo, the city Pablo had built, downtown Medellin to all the shops and square and the home Pablo was at when he died and the memorial for the victims of the war. Such great tours I highly recommend them both and if you can get David as a guide that will be a bonus for sure he was great.

Great overview of Medellin. Loved Botera statues in park and wandering thru nearby streets, shopping area including local market to Bolivar park. Enjoyed cable car ride up mountain and metro train. Guide, JP's english was strong and appreciated his split of time in US and Colombia.

My tour guide Alberto Gomez was awesome! He was so flexible and tailored the trip so I could see all the sites I was most interested in, including both the Escobar museum on the hilltop in Poblado run by Pablo’s brother Roberto (who signs merchandise you buy there) and the “Beyond Escobar” one in Conmuna 13 run by Pablo’s niece, Laura (which offers a more personal insight to the man and myth). We also saw the rooftop where he died, the cemetery where he is buried, and the solemn, moving memorial to the dead from that era of ultra violence that is now long gone in modern day, buzzing Medellin. Muchas Gracias Alberto!

Amazing tour, we did zip lining which was one of the most amazing activities and scenes in Colombia, second we did ATV’s which was also amazing and finished up with horseback riding. Definitely recommend !!

David was a fantastic tour guide. He knew the answers to all of our questions, easily adapted to our needs and struggles in the crowds of downtown. The tour was relaxed yet we learned a lot about the history of Comuna 13, the 20th de Julio neighborhood and the people who call it home. Would highly recommend David and this tour for those interested in Comuna 13 and a very exciting journey through downtown Medellín.
