Pancho handled are very large group with patients and professionalism. He anticipated our needs in purchasing tickets ahead of time for the Memorial Museum. His knowledge of the smaller venues to visit to have a better understanding of what happened in Hiroshima was exceptional. We enjoyed his recommendation for dinner. I would highly recommend Poncho for your visit to Hiroshima.

This is our second tour with Pancho. We had such a pleasant time in Hiroshima in Jan 2023 that we brought all our families back in Feb 2024. Hiroshima is a beautiful place to explore with Pancho who is knowledgeable and accommodating, he paced himself according to our group with six 70s+ old folks. We had a wonderful time with him.

This is an emotional and a moving tour. Pancho is a very knowledgeable and a great guide. He did take us through the history of the city before and after the nuclear bomb catastrophe. He also did take us for a walking tour to visit the bomb hypocenter and the damages which still present from 1945 until now. This is a highly recommended tour and Pancho is a great guide.

We had an amazing day touring Hiroshima and Miyajima Island. Pancho was informative, smart, and funny, and his blend of local knowledge and personal history gave us an unforgettable experience. I particularly enjoyed our okonomiyaki lunch (SO good) and learning to make paper cranes to honor Sadako. Highly recommend taking a tour with Pancho.

Pancho was excellent. Not only a nice, knowledgeable, and patient guy but able to provide us a profoundly personal experience of Hiroshima. Plus directing us to the beset okonomiyaki on Miyajima Island! When we return, will certainly look him up! Highly recommend him!
