Hike was amazing with breathtaking views. Wonderful guide who also spoke English and was very informative. Had lunch at the Shepards Place about half way through. That in itself was worth it.

My husband and I did a private tour with Vincenzo. He was very knowledgeable of the local flora and fauna as he lives in the area. We learned a lot from him and enjoyed the hiking experience. The views coming into Positano from above couldn’t be more spectacular. The restaurant they took us to after provided a delicious lunch. We did the many steps down to Positano. My calves still hurting two days later.

If there were 10 stars we would chose that! Marco was gracious, passionate, and genuine. He loved his work and his local community. He taught us so much ranging from Greek mythology to the tiny herb plants and soil. The hiking views were breathtaking. We had time to stop along the way for multiple pictures. The end of the hike featured a restaurant that was delicious including salad, pasta, dessert, white wine, and Lemoncello!
The 3 hours went by so fast filled with exercise, education, and life lessons . Don’t miss this experience.

We had a superb walk with Giovanni. Informative, friendly- and the path is stunning. We had an excellent lunch at Tagliata afterwards.

The hike is wonderful - but be forewarned, its not easy. You should be decently in shape to do this - and know that it includes, rocks, up and down, and more. Our guide, Marco was absolutely extraordinary in both his knowledge and assistance. One of us was not as experienced as the other on our hike - and Marco fully supported, offered guidance, and make sure that he was stable, capable, and comfortable throughout the hike. Finishing with the lunch of kings - it felt like it never ended and the food was outstanding. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone.

The day before our hike we could not get a taxi/ride to the starting point of the tour. So our wonderful hotel clerk contacted the tour company and our tour guide Enzo, picked us up in his personal car. This was the beginning of a wonderful experience/hike.
I can't begin to explain how knowledgeable Enzo is of this path. He clearly loves his job and took the answers he got from his elders and applied it well to his job. While walking he would suddenly stop, pick leaves and hand them to me and my wife and ask if we know what it was, thyme, rosemary arugula to name a few.
1/2 way through our hike we came upon a couple who asked if we could take their picture. The gentlemen told us she said YES. Well he proposed to his girlfriend and she said YES!!! Instantly my wife shed a tear.
The views from this hike are simply breathtaking and can't be explained even in pictures.
Once we completed the hike we enjoyed a quite lunch in the village and to our surprise, we received a ride back to our hotel from one of the employees of the restaurant.
We would recommend this as a must thing to do while in Positano, make sure you have a good pair of hiking shoes and water.

My husband and I absolutely loved our hike with Enzo!! Days after our hike, we were still talking about all the great stories and interesting facts that Enzo shared with us. This was a highlight of our honeymoon. Enzo was so friendly and provided so much history and background on the land. The views were breathtaking and the hike was beautiful. I would recommend this guided hike to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast and ask for Enzo!! He is great and so knowledgeable.
We hope to visit again soon!! :)

This was probably my favorite experience in our week in the Amalfi Coast. Our guide Enzo was fantastic!! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the nature along the walk. It felt like we were walking along with not just a local, but also a friend. The lunch afterward was one of the highlights as well. Il Ritrovo had some of the best cuisine that we had all week! The service and atmosphere was fantastic! It definitely felt like we were treated in a special manner knowing that we were with Enzo. Bravissimo!!

One of the highlights of our trip to Italy!!!! Hiking the trails was tremendous and the views breathtaking!!! And our guide -- Gianluca Cartotrekking -- was absolutely THE BEST!!!! And the meal at the end of the hike was very good. Overall, a great experience -- I would recommend the experience to anyone! Note that the taxi ride to the starting point not included in the tour price was also and experience -- the views from the winding roads up the mountain were great!
