Paulo was one of the best guides we have ever had. We had interesting conversations and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to adapt our tour to accommodate my mother, who was in a wheelchair, stopping where and when it was convenient and just slowly driving past sights when we didn't want to get out of the car.

Our private "guide" arrived 30 minutes late and then proceeded to spend more time on his phone wifh others than he did with us. Understand he is obviously a busy person but, made us feel like an inconvenience. Can't recommend to others.
