The skipper was attentive to the needs and the captain and first mate were friendly and engaging. We tried multiple spots to find a good spot. It was a good encouraging group and they filleted our fish (extra charge of $3/fish) so we're having a good fish dinner tonight.

Last days of our holiday in the US for the first time. This topped the whole trip by giving us a different view from the sea. Captain and crew were also amazing!

Limited staff for number of people fishing. Too many lines in the water spent most of the time untangling lines. Approx 30 people fishing, caught maybe 10 fish total. Understand can’t help how the fishing goes, however limiting the number on boat would be helpful to keep more lines active in the water vs being in untangling mode. Very limited room to actually fish

I went back in May of 2022. First sign that I should have just cut my losses was that I had to pay extra because there weren't enough people to warrant launching the Lady Pamela in the captains opinion. This information was dropped on me 15 minutes after the boat was scheduled to launch, too late to find another charter for the morning. Not wanting to waste a morning I paid, like a chump. I went with 3 other family members, all excited for their 1st deep sea fishing excursion. There were 4 other guests and all the other charter captains that didn't have a charter that day tagged along(they did not pay). It started out fine, it's a great boat, no complaints there. We were enjoying the view when all the sudden we hit huge swells. My sister in law nearly falls off the boat, but the captain doesn't bat an eye, does not adjust speed, makes no indication he is concerned about the wellbeing of his charters. We make it to a spot, swells are still pretty strong but we start fishing. To their credit we are set up with bait and tackle, get some basic instruction it's going fine, just no bites, at least where the guests aboard are concerned. At the front of the boat the charter captains that tagged along are using different bait and tackle and reeling in some good sized sailfish. Meanwhile on the side of the boat me and the rest of the charters are getting tiny toss back fish. One by one the charters are also getting seasick and they give us the option to end the charter early since we are getting sick and not getting any fish. We end up going back early. Not even a partial refund is offered the mention of this idea is met with laughter by the captain. Long story short, unless they have changed their practices, if it's a bad fishing day expect the least amount of effort from the crew to make the trip the slightest bit more plesant.

Our trip was AWESOME, Nick the First Mate was spot on. He made our family feel welcomed and was on top of the service. Although I got sea sick and didn’t get to fish much Nick made my daughter and future son-in-law’s experience so special. That alone was worth the price of admission. Thanks so much for an AWESOME day

Good trip. Mate and captain were great. Seas were a little rough and my 18 and 13 yr olds spent the trip in the cabin. That being said, why was I charged 20% tip BEFORE the trip? Mate did nothing for my kids and unhooked about 6 fish for me in which I paid $42 in tips. Imagine going to a restaurant and prepaying a tip before you ever sat down at the table?

This is the ultimate bait & switch operation. You arrive, they don't have enough people to go out for what you already paid for so they upcharge $100 more per person to go out. Guy at pay station charges for parking on a gravel lot & then asks for a tip before you even leave the dock and he doesn't even go out in the boat!
Get out to fish, they put you on 1 big one, when you decline paying an astronomical mounting fee after a high pressure sales deal while on the water, then they make sure you don't catch any other fish & degrade you.
This is the worst charter experience we've ever had. Do NOT use this company!

All they genuinely care about is making money! They are the professionals and know how unforgiving the ocean can be! Which I agree isn’t their fault but they could’ve given the group a heads up and been honest and leave it to our discretion! Didn’t catch a single fish even tho we tried! 6 out of 8 of us got sea sick! They were offering a $60 per person discount for the sport fishing but weren’t willing to lose $20 per person on the drift fishing because they needed the 10 people to make money! They charged for parking and 20% tip before you even get the service! It ruins people’s future deep sea fishing experience because they don’t advise!

The guides were friendly and experienced. Between our three families we had 7 kids ranging in age 7-17. Everyone enjoyed the experience and had so much fun catching fish.
