The half day ebike cycling tour of Ubud was a fantastic experience(for a family of 4 - two adults & two teenage children). We organised through ebikes Bali to have a driver pick us up at our hotel in Legian in the morning for the 9am ride. Our bike guide Widi was friendly and made sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible. The location and route of the ride was so beautiful and our lunch stop at the end of the ride was perfect (both food and the view). We chose to include visiting a family home which was so informative and such a great cultural experience. Our guide Widi as very informative and we learnt a lot at each stop about cultural practices and traditions. We spent a couple of hours in the afternoon in Ubud after the ride before being driven back to our accommodation. A fantastic experience.

We had a great experienced. Here are some key points considered while providing our 5 star feedback to Ubud Cycling tour service:
1. **Customer Service**: Team was very friendliness and helpfulness of the tour guides or staff. They were knowledgeable about the area and able to answer your questions.
2. **Quality of Bikes**: They provided well-maintained and comfortable to bike. They provide a variety of bike sizes to accommodate different riders.
3. **Route and Stops**: It cover interesting and scenic locations with enough stops for resting, taking photos, and exploring points of interest.
4. **Safety Measures**: They took safety precautions at its peak. Guides give clear instructions on road safety and biking etiquette.
5. **Group Size**: We felt that the group size was appropriate for the experience. And also we were able to interact with the guides and fellow participants easily.
6. **Value for Money**: They are little more pricy but after experincing, I would say they meet exceed our expectations in terms of the experience offered.
7. **Overall Experience**: We recommend this service to others and specially take afternoon slot.

This was such an awesome morning out, from getting picked up to arriving at the place everyone was so friendly. We had the best guide Gusti. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Whilst we did go on some local roads the guides were awesome, made us feel
Safe, stopped traffic for us and we never felt uncomfortable. We were a group of 8 and we had at least 3 guides throughout the whole time. They took us through the rice fields, local villages and a few stops and one we really enjoyed was at a local house. We finished off with a delish local meal.
Highly recommend if you want to get out and about in ubud.

Awan and Gusti were both excellent in delivering the 3-hour tour and were very knowledgeable of the area that we rode through. Safety precautions were taken when riding through the streets and rice fields.

It is an amazing trip to do. You will love it. Putu and ketut were good guids and very friendly. Very nice views. The e-bikes are good to handle.

Our ricefield tour with Awan and Ajus at eBikes Bali was a truly wonderful experience. We were surrounded by stunning scenery, having the time to take it all in, and not worrying about the steep hills, thanks to the e-bikes.
Awan is extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting information, answering all our questions in full, and always with a smile.
Ajus was very considerate of my novice skills on the e-bike, and took lots of great photos.
An unforgettable experience, and one not to be missed on your stay in Ubud.

EBikes Bali was a great way to really experience the Ubud area up close! My husband and I spent the afternoon with Ajus and Widi biking through gorgeous rice fields learning about the customs along the way. We stopped at a local temple and visited a coffee farm learning about Lewak Coffee and how it’s made. We felt very safe riding with the two of them making sure cars and scooters were giving us space when on the road. Ajus and Widi could not have been more friendly and I highly recommend this activity if you want something that gets you out being active without being overly touristy.
