The Reward Fleet is one of Miami’s oldest and most recognized charter fishing party boats. We run at least 3 trips daily (morning, afternoon and evening) out of Bayside Marketplace Marina in Miami.
All trips depart Miami through its main ship channel – Government Cut. Because of our location, it only takes a few short minutes to reach the fishing grounds off Miami. We usually fish the local reefs , ledges, drop-offs and wrecks in search of a variety of species – from bottom fish like snappers and groupers, to reef and wreck dwellers like amberjack and kingfish, even pelagic fish like sailfish and tuna are very common.
Fishing methods will vary depending on conditions and time of year, but be assured the captains of the Reward fishing fleet will do everything possible to put you on the fish and have great time while you’re aboard. Sometimes we’ll anchor and chum, sometimes we’ll drift while live-baiting and jigging, and if conditions permit, we’ll even put a fishing kite.

Absolutely would not recommend, captain was rude upon arrival and didn’t have the best attitude, and did not seem like he really wanted to take us on the boat trip.

The crew was terrible, very mean, rude and impatient. Shouting and scolding at us just because we don't know how to use the rod.About 15 people on board and only got 3 fishes throughout the whole trip. Definitely terrible experience. If you wanna ruin your day, fish with them! If you wanna spend money, I would recommend you to donate your money to the charity rather than giving it to them.

They were so attentive to the kids, and gave us a great experience! Best part of our trip! The staff was knowledgeable, and friendly, we caught a lot of fish!

Was a little worried when I booked. I booked a 130pm fishing trip for 8 people on Friday for the next Thursday thru trip advisor. I immediately recieved a text message from the tour operator which said it was a 900am on Thursday departure. I asked about the time and they assured me it was for 130pm. The day before the tour I recieved another text again stating 9am departure. Now I'm worried again. I message the operators through the TripAdvisor app again and they assured me it was 130pm.
Well we arrived at a boat behind Victoria's Secret as described in their message and NO ONE was there. I walked down the docks and found the correct boat.
Once we got on the boat everything was fantastic. Our guides and captain were friendly, professional and accommodating.
MARIA WAS AMAZING. She worked hard to keep bait and poles ready for each stop. She even made sure the teens in our group got the opportunity to reel in fish . While most of the tourist on the trip didn't catch anything it was still a great time. I would definitely recommend this fishing tour, especially for first timers.
10/10 would do again

It's was a day to remember. We caught a Mutton Snapper which we took to LA Cantina. It was absolutely amazing and delicious.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. This will be a core memory for my son. He caught a large black fin tuna and two bonitos. I have taken my son fishing times and he has never caught anything, but he had never given up. This was truly one of the best memories of his childhood for him.

The crew was great and helpful. My advise is to check the sea conditions before going. It was a little windy and there were 5 foot waves once the boat cleared the jetty. Many of us got motion sickness because the boat tossed around quite a bit. On this trip the fish were not biting and out of 15 of us only five fish were caught. The one fish caught by our group was a good sized King Fish which was very good eating.
The thing with fishing is that somedays they just aren't biting! No fault of the crew but the lack of fish and the motion sickness made this an unpleasant outing.
That being said, on a calmer day this would have been an excellent adventure.

It's bad because they didn't reschedule and they didn't return the money. They didn't have a radio to communicate with the captain of the ship.
