As already reported to Viator, we canceled this tour when the operator added a large charge after we had already booked. So did not take tour--the only good thing was that the operator offered a full refund since we could not pay the extra charge.

Good way to see the main sights
Guide and driver were good. However, we did feel the trip was rushed and over priced compared to other companies offering the same trip.

Enjoyed the tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about his information, but didn’t overburden us with information. Let us wander on our own after giving us the pertinent information needed.

We had the best time. We chose to go in the afternoon,as the last stop was the night markets. From start to finish the tour was fantastic. Our guide was very friendly, full of knowledge and happy to answer any questions. The night markets were fantastic. Heaps of hand made crafts, trinkets, jewellery and clothes.
The mini bus was air-conditioned and comfortable. Definitely reccommend.

Very good tour. Although some stops where a bit hurried. Be aware that they take you to places not on the itinery, just to try and get you to spend money.

A quick snap shot of the tourist musts. Communication was good, the trip was well organised and includes a tour guide. There was sufficient time at each stop EXCEPT for Old Phuket town. 30 minutes was not enough time to enjoy the architecture and shop.

We were the only two people on the tour which enabled us to dictate some stops. Repeatedly asked if we wanted to visit Tiger Park or ride Elephants and it was a hard NO from us, so they didn’t stop. I would have been appalled if we’d been forced to endure that unethical visit. Big Buddha was ok but clearly a tourist site. Temple visits were ok. Then taken for nuts, we didn’t stop for honey as ‘Australians can’t buy any’. Then to an overpriced jewellery store. Before being taken for a meal and Sunset which was underwhelming. We opted to leave early to head back to hotel. Clearly there is some kickback to the company for taking us to shops. Not really cultural except temples, more about getting us to part with money. The guide tried his best and did look after us, he explained the cultural places well even though he struggled with English some of the time. Be warned that the brochure does not fully divulge what they take you to.

Overall the tour was great. We got to do a lot in a short amount of time. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information. The reason for my lower score was we did not sto at the karon viewpoint which was a part of the tour we were looking forward to. I believe they combined our tour with another which went to tiger park instead.

We went on afternoon tour which included the city market. The tour was fantastic. We saw so much and the night market was so much fun. Our tour guide Nick, was fantastic. The nicest tour guide I’ve ever had. He was so accommodating and even went back to a sight to retrieve a lost pair of sunglasses. Could not be happier with the tour and most especially, Nick.

11 people on tour. Coffee stop was at jewellery sales shop. (Coffee is paper cups and instant) Had to wait ( out of van in the heat 30 mins) while others from our tour? got photos with tigers which we feel strongly against. Tigers look drugged. Then dropped others off at elephant riding station where tourists are getting their photo taken with a young male elephant tired to a cement post. The bee place was interesting but all about sales and so was the cashew stop. Not too say we didn’t buy anything - we did but all in all the only highlight was the Big Buddha. Not enough commentary on the Buddha. Googled when we got home, very interesting. Wouldn’t bother.
