Punctual pick-up, great communication with the tour operator. The buggies could have been in a better shape but overall they did the job (if any malfunctioned, they were promptly serviced or replaced with a "spare" or an ATV so no complaints there). The tour leader reminded us constantly about the nature of the "souvenir sales" and even intervened when some vendors were incessantly pressuring members of our group. Overall a fun experience!

The Boat was packed but I enjoyed myself it was no where to sit when we got on and they also brought 8 more people on a small boat once we pulled away and parked ? but it was LIT we had to buy shots and drinks are mixed!!! So yeah keep in mind ! But LIT MUSIC VIBE SWIMMING ALL THAT

The tour was good. Pick up from hotel excellent.
Only concern was the 50mins we had to wait once we got to the tour departure point.
There didn’t seem to be much organization and no one was clear what the wait was for.
That wasted time didn’t help! Maybe an off day!
We did enjoy the tour though.

I had a great experience riding the buggys ! Almost wish I had more time. They started off by giving you instructions & where you’ll be driving too, then from there non stop fun. Just beware there will be locals trying to sell any and everything on the way. Even down to the kids. Do not take anything without knowing the price. (Yes they make you aware of this) Other than that the tour was amazing & I would definitely do it again. I would also suggest bringing a bag that can zip up & close properly. Once you get to the beach there are no lockers and the tour guide is left to watch your belongings.

One of the worst tours we have been on. Sorry its going to be long. We read a lot of the good reviews and decided to book this tour.
We booked the 11:30 (english) tour and were instructed that pick up would be at 10:00 am which is a little early but okay. Our driver ended up only speaking Spanish, but we were able to find him. After going through a few hotels and picking up several other passengers we arrive at the location at 11:15-20 and were advised to sit and it would start shortly. 11:45 rolls around and one of the guides tells like that we are waiting for another tour to return and it would only be another 15 minutes or so.... another 20 minutes pass again and we finally go up to someone and ask how much longer since we have now just been sitting/standing in the heat. The guy says maybe another 15-20 minutes. Everyone is now started to get frustrated since no one is communicating whats going on or speak english that well. Finally at 12:30 the other tour returns and they tell us we have to fill out some consents/forms. Very frustrated why this was not given in the 1+ hour we were waiting. We finally get on the buggy and they slowly lead us to the first stop which was around 5 minutes up the street.
We get out and are lead to the water cave which is very small area and very crowded. Some other guide is yelling at everyone to jump in if your going to and how we need to get out cause another group would like to go. Also if you need a life jacket you have to pay 2 dollars! A bunch of small venters swarm you to buy stuff. We wait here for about 20 minutes then we get back the buggy and drive down the same street one house down from where we started for the second stop. They sit us all down at this little shop where a guide talked about coffee/cocca/cigars and some other trinkets they sell. This place appeared to be owned by the buggy company. After another 20 minutes we finally get back on the buggy and drive for about 15ish minutes to the beach. This was actually fun, although short, and where most people got mud on them. We arrive at the macao beach which was very nice, aside from again being swarmed by vendors, and we wish we were able to spend some time here. We are told to order food/drinks if we want and we have again leave in 20 minutes. We went in the water which was super nice and ordered a pineapple drink. The drink arrived after 5 minutes and we were told to hurry up to get back on the buggies to return. wish we had some time to enjoy it but had to chug it down. Total time at the beach, around 30 minutes. We walk back to the buggies and drive back to the starting point, retracing our route. After cleaning up we have to sit there for another 15-20 minutes waiting for transportation to take up back and are bugged to purchase pictures.
Overall we felt like a lot of time was wasted and very little buggy driving. The beach was the only worthwhile stop and it had insufficient time to enjoy it.
We would strongly recommend against this tour.
