Our guide and tour were excellent. Ana Cristina was highly communicative ahead of time to let us know where to meet and prompt. She gave us excellent information. It was 100% worth it to book this tour. We did audio guides for other museums. We liked having this more personal and interactive experience for something different.

Great introduction to the Reina Sofia museum and perfect way to see and understand some of the famous works that are housed there. Our guide (Neria) was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and very engaging. Skipping the lines was definitely a bonus! Highly recommend!

This was a terrible experience as our tour guide never showed up. I am expecting a full refund. Before you ask, yes we were there in plenty of time and so was another group that had signed up for the tour. I have done other tours with Viator and been satisfied. I am waiting to see if my money is refunded otherwise I will have my credit card dispute charges and never recommend this company again.

Got to see this Picasso piece. We are not modern art folks but there are some very interesting other pieces here. Worth a visit if you are in town. Do read a bit about Guernica's symbolism if you go and are not already familiar - it helped us appreciate the piece. It is really awesome.

I highly recommend this private tour to any art lover. The tour guide was very knowledgeable providing information on the artist life, background, and history at the times. She explained Picasso's Guarnica and symbolisms of Dali's work as well as many other key artists in the museum. The tour guide answer all of my questions as well. Excellent experience!
