It was beautiful, literally the best experience of my life!!!!! Stig was really funny and entertaining and a really good tour guide, and the fjord was so pretty

This tour was amazing! Stig the driver was so delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. He was clearly very committed to making sure we had the most memorable and beautiful time, and happy to take lots of pictures of us when we asked! For a day long tour it does not feel long at all, you see so many things and Stig was always keeping the mood up telling us jokes, stories, giving us recommendations, telling us the history of the places we passed through. We felt very safe and comfortable with him driving. And obviously there are the beautiful views you see along the way. Even before you get to your designated stops, you pass through some absolutely gorgeous natural landscapes. In January, snow covered most of it and the lakes were iced over, but it felt like a winter wonderland. The views on the fjord tour, at the viewpoint, and even of the frozen waterfall, were breath-taking, like something out of a movie. You have to pinch yourself when standing at Stegastein looking out over those views!
From a customer service perspective, we were also very impressed. We originally booked for Saturday but due to I suspect poor weather they asked if we could do Friday or Sunday. We were really appreciative of their attempt to make sure we could see the best views on the clearest day possible! Especially given the fact that it is very rainy and snowy at this time of year. We were also unable to do the fjord tour from Gudvangen due to the fjord being partially frozen, so we departed from Undredal, and Stig made sure to keep us updated to make sure the fjord tour was still on course. Stig also stopped off in Gudvangen anyway and let us appreciate the views and have a bathroom break, which again was really appreciated!

Stig is an excellent driver, adapted our trip to the winter conditions, and shared interesting facts about past and present Norway. You can feel his love of his country. Also, the minibus was very comfy and modern.

I did the tour in Jan . Icy cold with temp of -19C absolutely stunning with the snow and frozen lakes and waterfalls. The drive is long but worth it ;)

The whole tour was fantastic. Thomas was an excellent and informative guide! The stops were convenient for food and toilet breaks. The views were incredible.

I have just came back from the tour today, 23 Dec 2023, and was disappointed with the tour guide, Gier. Itinerary mentioned a 60min stop at Flam after alighting from the cruise. But our tour guide has chased us up to the bus once we alighted. We didn't have time to explore the village. It is supposed to be a 11 hour day tour (8am to 7pm). We were already back to the meeting point at 6pm, clearly shows that it was because the tour guide has eaten away that one hour stop in Flam!! We demand for a refund for the missing stop!!
We have a friend who joined the same tour last year. Her tour guide back then was Omar. She has enjoyed her trip and highly recommend to us and shared with us the nice fish soup she ate at Flam. We were looking forward to it and was so disappointed with missing the stop.

We really enjoyed our guided tour. Booking was easy, communication was good and we had an email with all of the information we needed beforehand. The minibus was there on time and left promptly, we had an informative guide (Stig) who gave us loads of information and anecdotes about Bergen and the surrounding areas. The fjord trip was amazing and it was really easy getting on, the guide had the tickets and dropped us off and picked us up from the end point. All in all a really great day and would thoroughly recommend!

As part of my group tour this was a beautiful way to travel on the fjord
The ferry is modern spacious plenty of deck space as well as indoor space
There is a cafe of sorts but I was too busy looking at the fjord to do much else
This trip is something you should do if you have the chance
