I enjoyed her company. I could ask her any question or discuss anything with her without her seeming irritated. We started at the Catacombs, Amphitheater, Library, Outpost and Mosque. All in Alexandria.

The tour was great. I can recommend to do it if you have spare day as Alexandria was full interesting of Greek+Egyptian history and places.

The driver, Shibu was very friendly and courteous and our family connected with him immediately. He planned the day well and included sufficient breaks. The tour guide, Neermi was also equally friendly, had sufficient knowledge about the history of the places we visited.

My only regret is that we didn’t have more time in Alexandria. We were met at our hotel in Cairo by fun and friendly driver, Ahmed with whom we spent a long day to and from Cairo. Booyah!! Mahmed, our tour guide in Alexandria was exceptional! His knowledge and expertise, and his friendliness made for a wonderful experience. Highly, highly recommended.

The tour starts with pickup from Cairo and transportation via a private van towards Alexandria. The drive was approximately 2.5 hours. During that time we had a comfortable nap and were given cool bottles of water.
Upon reaching Alexandria, we started with a visit to the catacombs where a noble and some families were buried. Afterwhich we went to a greek/Egyptian amphitheatre excavated within the city. We had some issues after at the Citadel by the bay, as the ticketing system had issues. They only accept payments via card (no cash). So we canceled that part and went straight to lunch at a restaurant called 'fish market'. This restaurant has an amazing view over the bay and the food was really good! The fish served was fresh and it came with an accomapniment of dishes and sauces. Definitely a highlight of the tour.
Thereafter, we went to the last site which was the new library of Alexandria. The inside of which, was very impressive due to the mix of modern islamic architecture and large open volume of the study hall. If you are a person who appreciates libraries and academic works, this is a must see.
Overall, our guide Safira was able to explain well in english for each site and we would recommend you take her. We enjoyed our tour and would recommend anyone who wants to get a quick visit of Alexandria.

Had a wonderful time with Waleed (tour guide) and Ahmed (driver). Both were warm and accomodating. This was probably the best day I had during my 4 day trip to Egypt. Waleed was super knowledgeable and shared great insights and history. He felt more like a friend than a tour guide and made me have lots of fun. The lunch on the Mediterranean was the best part of the day and I enjoyed all the sites as well. I hope I get to see Waleed again some day. They made me fall in love with Alexandria.

Marwah our Tour guide from Egypt Tour Portal is a lovely lady. We only spent half a day at Alexandria from Cairo but she made sure that we had a good time at Alexandria. She was patient enough to answer all our questions and learned more about Alexandria. Highly recommended tour guide if you will visit Alexandria.

We had a great tour to Alexandria. Driver Yousef and tour guide Said from Emo Tours were very nice! Said was very knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked. Yousef was a great driver and very friendly person. It is really not easy to drive in Egypt.
Just a need to leave a note for improvement.
We had lunch included and arranged in some restaurant/ or cafe in Alexandria. The place was clean and waiters were polite though the food was very average in comparison with what we ate before and after this tour in other places in Egypt. The manager of the dining room was even rude to us. We felt pushed and disrespected. Emo Tours, please use different dining facility in Alexandria. Everything else was great! Thank you
