Manuel was a fantastic tour guide and shared many interesting facts about the history and sights of Madrid. This was such a fun way to cover a large area of the city when we have only two days to experience it. Sadly for us, we are here at an incredibly busy time of year, so the crowds and traffic made it tricky to navigate on bike, but Manuel clearly knows the city well and got us through unscathed. I highly recommend this tour!

This tour is very informative. It’s our first time doing a bike tour with our 6 and 8 years old. My 8yo loves it! My 6yo did a tandem with us as the bike is too big for her. The tour was well paced to ensure a family like us can keep up. The guide was informative and we get to tour Madrid with ease.

Did the tour with Manuel. Very good guide, took us to all the important places and locations and provided good information as well as a local viewpoint. As always, best to do a tour early on. Many of the places and locations we rode by I ended up passing by again so it was good to be able to get my bearings!

Manuel, our guide, was so knowledgeable of Madrid and took us to many of the key sights from parks to buildings and pointed out so many things made the streets signs and monuments meaningful. He happily answered questions. We had over 3 hours on tour, the bikes were easy to ride even on the occasional slight inclines. We took the morning tour, beautiful blue cloudless skies. Cool time of year to go. Highly recommended.

Beautiful morning July 2023 with a vintage bike through the historical streets of Madrid. Excellent Guide who was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and the tour was NOT rushed. I highly recommend this tour as it covers a lot of area and what could more be fun then a guided tour in a city, you do not know anything about. Thanks again

Great introduction to the lovely city of Madrid. Helped us chose where to revisit and navigate our way around. Palace, parks and “gates” all covered in trip with info and history from lovely guide. Definitely recommend!

Equipment: My husband and I booked 5 bike tours during our 3-week vacation, and these "vintage" eBikes were the best! Madrid is surprisingly hilly, so eBikes are a must. The seats were comfortable, the pedaling did not become difficult after gliding, and the controls were easy to use.
Route: The stops were relevant and the route was well thought out
Guide: there were 4 of us on this tour -- a French-speaking couple and us. Our guide made his comments in English to us and then in French to the other couple.

Booked the English tour however turns out I was the only one who booked that slot so I tagged along a big French group. They could have just let me go with that group but the tour operator, BiziTour told me that a guide will also go with me so they can explain it in English as originally booked. That alone is five stars for service.
The bikes were impeccably well maintained for a vintage one. They were easy to pedal and came in cute neutral colors.
The tour was to me exceptional, yes we went to areas which are relatively touristy, however, in my opinion what sets this apart is how the guides tell you the story. They present it in a way that is not too bookish and my phases. We started in the newer part of Madrid until we end up in the oldest part. Historically tracing Madrid by time and also by layers. They will tell you not only the significance of a statue or a building but how it came to be.
The most that I appreciate though is that, Adrian, my guide was not only knowledgeable about Madrid but he also inserted facts about these places which tie in with the Philippines, where I am from. This makes the tour more personal and special to me.
Also, questions are also encouraged and they take time to answer and if they don't have an immediate answer they will certainly get back to you.
So all in all, they deserve more than 5 stars. They have great service and great set of guides

Very good and nice guide! Shows you local and hidden spots. Very nice bikes. He gave us free water at arrival which is very handy when biking the city.
