Lucy was a fantastic Guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Tour guide was very knowledgeable but spoke softly with a large group. Should have had listening devices. Often found it easier to hear the other guides around us

The most memorable experience that I took from this tour is that I never did the tour I was late because the born and raised in England taxi driver had no idea to where he was going and also thanks to the wonderful 20 miles an hour traffic rule you are better off running along the car, when I contacted the tour guide I was told I couldn’t join the tour because of their policy even though they were across the street at Abby I lost $360.00 dollars because they were not going to refund our money because it was after the 24 hours understood, but deny us to join the tour? Come on! We end up touring our selves and visiting all the places ourselves

Gabrielle gave us the the right amount of history, story telling and time to see Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. She was easy to find, kept the group together on a very busy day and answered all of our questions!

Guide spoke very soft and was hard to hear. Did not hardly say anything about Big Ben. At end of Westminster tour she left part of group behind

Guide made the tour. She was full of knowledge about London's history and told us many great stories. I really appreciated her commentary on the kings and queens of England. Her passion came through.

Cab missed the drop off point. Guide was wonderful and waited for us. Excellent tour!!!! Five stars are not enough to rate her.
