What a great experience. If you want to see Paris in 1 day this excursion is perfect! You skip the lines and have an amazing guide along the way. We had Anna and she was wonderful!

The trip was very well planned covering the major highlights such as driving past a few major locations in Paris and the Seine river cruise. The Eurostar journey and lunch at the Eiffel Tower were really memorable and exciting experiences.
However, the instructions given regarding the meeting point after the lunch were not clear enough. As a result, I along with a couple of other solo travellers were lost in the Eiffel Tower area. There were network challenges that restricted our ability to navigate through the area. Additionally, connecting to the guide via Premium Tour office since the guide’s direct contact number was not available, led to further unnecessary waste of time and efforts. Considering this was our first time in Paris, I believe it is pretty obvious that we won’t be well acquainted with the areas around. We will need very clear and detailed directions at every step of the way. Finally the group left without us and we had to take a cab to the next point - the Louvre Museum. This caused an otherwise brilliant trip to become unnecessarily stressful. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts taken to reconnect with us later at the Louvre Museum.
Keeping this in mind, I have a couple of suggestions that can help avoid such instances in the future:
1. Regarding all meeting points, information should be extremely clear and detailed. As far as possible, it should be a Google/Apple maps location so that it is easy to locate. If not, the guide must give exact directions to the point with visible landmarks to look out for. The guide must make sure all the information is clearly conveyed before the group disperses.
2. There should be a direct channel of communication between the tourist and the guide to avoid any unnecessary waste of time and effort in coordinating. If sharing the personal number of the guide is against the policy, there should be a work number assigned for these purposes. Alternatively, social media such as Instagram could be used to connect. (FYI - I have seen this being done on other tours)
This was a luxury tour with premium charges. This really raises the level of expectations a tourist has - An expectation of premium services. Hence, avoiding these lapses in the future will help match these expectations.

Anna was an amazing host- very personable, great at communicating details and making you feel comfortable, and also a wonderful guide through the city. The food was delicious, and the views from the boat were stunning!

Great tour! It was a day filled with great transportation, amazing views, and a fun knowledgeable guide! Anna kept this group informed and entertained. This was our first trip to Paris and I feel we saw some of the top sights and will forever have wonderful memories to share for years to come. Thanks Anna!!

We had a wonderful day with Anna to see great highlights of Paris. I loved the meal at the Eiffel Tower and the history of this beautiful city. Especially lived tips and suggestions Anna provided as we navigated the city. My only suggestion for improvement is to mention that the meeting spot (coffee house) is inside the station since we circled the block looking for it.

It was a great tour, I would definitely recommend it! Our tour guide Anna was great! She was very informative and funny and made sure everyone was always accounted for. The food at the Eiffel Tower was delicious.

Wonderful day in Paris. Luckily we saw the Paris Olympic parade, all the sites and had a great lunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant- I have food allergies and they went out of their way to see I was able to eat and it was delicious!

Anna was a wonderful guide herding us from country to country! She kept us safe and happy and entertained with lots of history and cheer. Would definitely recommend for a quick jaunt to France!!

We had a very nice time. Paris is an amazing city. Anna was a great guide with a good sense of humor. We were able to see all the sights. As someone with food allergies I was worried I wouldn’t be able to eat. However, the restaurant took GREAT care accommodating my gluten and dairy allergy. The food was delicious!
