The original food tour of Little Italy and Chinatown since 2009 explores the tastes and history of two diverse NYC neighborhoods. This woman owned and operated business ensures that animated and friendly guides allow their guests to learn these neighborhoods through fascinating historical stories and culinary delights. There are 2-3 seated tastings and 5-6 on-the-go tastings to ensure that you explore both neighborhoods in 3 hours. We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and gluten free.
The delicious food tastings range from delicious dumplings to a sit-down authentic Italian meal. For guests 21 and up there will be an option to have a glass of wine at the seated tasting.
One leaves this tour fully satisfied, along with a new found confidence in navigating the neighborhoods with a provided recommendation list in hand. This tour is a must if you're a local or visitor looking to get off-the-beaten path and taste amazing foods.

My husband, nineteen year old daughter, and I had a great time on this tour. The host Liz was lively, interesting, and kind. We learned a lot about the cuisines we sampled as well as neighborhood history.

WHAT A FUN EXPERIENCE!! I've lived in NYC for more than 30 years and never taken a food tour -- and now I know what I was missing! A) the food was amazing, surprising, and a lot was new to me, B) the tourguide (Lily) was energetic and knowledgeable and friendly, and C) the history was so interesting -- I didn't expect to learn so much, and in such an engaging way! I can't recommend this tour enough -- and hope you get Lily as your guide!

Patrick was an amazing guide, funny and personable, he took us to great restaurants and shops and had interesting history and commentary about Chinatown and Little Italy. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend Patrick as a guide.

Fantastic experience -- all that we were looking for in a "foodie" tour. Hannah was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the history of the food. It rained, sometimes a lot, during the entire tour but wasn't an issue at all due to clever stop planning by Hannah. You won't be disappointed - highly recommend!
