Alun was an excellent guide. He did a great job of explaining the many dimensions of a very serious subject. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a Dachau tour.

This was a must see for our trip to Munich. We were part of a group of 15 and our guide Allan, was great. He did a wonderful job providing the history while providing enough time on-site to see the concentration camp. Very dark history but recommend that all should visit if in the Munich area. Makes you wonder how men can do what was done to other men. Allan knew the history and communicate that knowledge to the group. Well coordinae and timed.

People don't visit Dachau for fun. We are retired professional your guides so we were intrigued to see how our guide Alun would handle the commentary.
He did a very professional and sensitive job. He knew his subject but also had obviously considered carefully how to put it across. He covered the rise of the Nazi party, its rise to power and how the use of concentration camps fitted into the wider aims of the Third Reich. He related the facts and avoided the clichés. A very informative and thought-provoking tour.

My wife Jennifer and I were greatly impressed with Alun and his insights and perspective on our tour of Dachau. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed and aware of our surroundings as we traveled to the city and camp. He knew his stuff and really helped feel and experience the reality of this horrific historical site. We enjoyed Alun and would certainly go another trip/tour hosted by him!

Our guide Alun was superb. His knowledge was second to none and he treated the 'delicate' history with great understanding. All travel arrangements went without hitch. Would highly recommend.

Alun was a wonderful guide, providing us with important information in a way that was respectful and impactful. He allowed us sufficient time to explore the museum after walking us through the memorial site.
We appreciated that he handled all transportation and we just had to follow him, rather than trying to figure out how to get there and back. Finding him at the glockenspiel was easy. Highly recommend Alun!
