It was a pleasant cruise but only saving grace was the surprise of a humpback Mother and calf. It was beautiful. Other that that.... a few spinner dolphins and another small breed. So pretty low on visuals of other whales or larger species. The Humpbacks saved your guarentee.

This was a great experience and though most of the whales migrated already, we had special treat...a mom and calf were still in the waters off the Kona coast. Additionally, we saw spinner dolphins n the tour. The Artemis was a beautiful vessel, new and so comfortable on the journey. Andrew was awesome, very knowledgeable about the marine life in the area. Highly recommend this excursion!

Great time and the crew was amazing! We saw spinner dolphins , a rare sighting of a humpback and her calf which was late and probably heading north soon, pilot whales and baleen whales. Great explanations of all the whales and answered all our questions.

An out of season humpback and calf sighting! Plus, we also encountered spinner dolphins, both coming back and departing the dock. Andrew was quite knowledgeable about the habits of both whales and dolphins, and made this one of the highlights of our vacation!

It was so amazing!!! The guides really know a lot about marine life, they know what they are talking about and they love what they do. This makes a huge difference to the trip! It was so worth it, we really enjoyed the almost 4 hours sailing, seeing the beautiful landscape and enthusiastically watching the dolphins, whales and even a shark that appeared to say hi to us hahaha. Not to mention the beautiful boat, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were well hydrated with the drink options available. Tip: try POG, it's a juice made in Hawaii. My favorite is guava flavor. Anyway, to summarize the experience: 10/10!

Took the family on this adventure. We saw 3 different species of whales and also some spinner dolphins. The boat was new and modern and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Seeing the rare risso dolphins and spinner dolphins and humpback whale 🐋🐳 we had a great time. Our family had a great time!

The boat they took is on was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw around 40 short finned pilot whales and a several spinner dolphins. It was a great adventure. I recommend this trip and all ages can enjoy it.
Directions to the pier were eat to follow. Just a good overall trip👍
