Tour guide Israel has been absolutely phenomenal when we went on a trip to the 12 Apostles on the 23rd of December. I already miss his quirky sense of humour, his generosity in shariny chocolates and the music playlist as well as being accomodating and informative. He made a real long trip feel very easy going and not draining at all. I really appreciate his effort and sheer love he puts into his work to create something special that I & my partner will never forget. Thank you!

Had a fantastic tour. Very well organised and bus very comfortable. Our guide Ben made the trip. He’s a super guide. Very knowledgeable, articulate and his humour made the long day fly by. No hesitation is recommending Go West & Ben.

Ben was a tour guide. A great balance between funny and informational. He even spent the night before to make tea and cake for us!! Overall highly recommend this tour as it has a little bit of everything whether that’s the ocean, the rain forest and even a koala.

Well-thought out itinerary, showcasing the 3 most important faces of the Great Ocean Road experience:
1. Limestone shore geology - stopped at 12 Apostles lookout & Loch Ard Gorge.
2. Temperate Rainforest Bubbles - Maits Rest Tree Walk, Wildlife spot at Kennett Rivers
3. Surf Coast - seaside town at Apollo Bay, the memorial arch and of course the world famous drive by the sea!
Lots of places to stop at, so do expect a very packed itinerary with limited time for each spot. Morning tea is included, with cakes “baked by Ben with love ?”, but lunchtime is at Port Campbell is a little on the rushed side, and dinner stop is on highway rest station.
Overall great experience, especially suitable for tourist who
1. hope to visit Great Ocean Road essential spots
2. Limited time in Melbourne with no plans to stay along GOR
3. Doesn’t plan to drive

Definitely a great tour. Went to many spots along the Great Ocean Road and we even saw a Koala. Itinerary was quite packed so the lunch time was a bit rush but it was totally understandable. Ben is a nice, approachable and knowledgeable guide who is always ready to help.
