So, I was impressed with the view at 12 apostoles and Loch Ard Gorge, very nice work of nature.. Crowdy.
Guiding part was boring. Guide was mostly quiet, tried with few jokes and failed miserably, a bit moody. He played us some recordings, that were pretty much boring, nothing exciting, no stories. We've been with other tourist guides, that were superb in comparison... Too bad.

I enjoyed being able to stop, take photos, and absorb the beauty of this wonderful coast area. The forest walk was very enjoyable too.

Stunning scenery but a poor tour guide. The places visited were lovely / beautiful. However, the tour guide was no more than a bus driver with a microphone. At no time did she leave the bus to walk with us around the sights we visited; which meant that we were pretty much left in the dark if we had questions or needed additional information. Worse, there was no safety briefing - if someone had fallen and injured themselves then we were on our own. I EXPECT MORE FROM A GUIDED TOUR.

Ocean drive was nice. Chocolate factory and wildlife experience, we found it waste of time. We should stop some stops near ocean drive for photos rather than wasting time there, atleast we could save 2 hours and have extra 2 hours in great ocean and 12 apostles.

I want to start out with our guide Steve. He was great!! We loved him.
What we were not happy with was the fact the bus was fully packed. The seats are very small and we are a small family.
There was a family who did not show up at the departing time. We waited 10-15 minutes for them. They were a no show. We head to the next pickup and the driver Steve gets a call to go back and pick them up. This wasted over 20 minutes of our time. They ended up sitting between us which was worse. Two of them decided my husband and son were their pillows. I have pics of them sleeping on my family. We were NOT impressed. They were late coming back to the bus every stop. This was very frustrating and annoying. They were in no way bothered by keeping 38 other passengers waiting. In all my husband kept track and it was over 45 minutes waisted waiting for this absolutely rude family. I would not recommend this tour. Book somewhere else. When the writing says be on time or you will be left behind LEAVE THEM!

My group has an old person and he wishes the pick up near our hotel. The tour operator arranged the pick up and drop off near our place. The guide is really nice and friendly. He helps people to have a great experience. The landscape is very beautiful.
