Glenn was an amazing driver and if anyone deserves a raise it’s definitely this guy! He talked to us about Jamaican culture. He was extremely friendly and got us to the airport quick!

Andre was great driver. He shared a lot interesting fun & facts about Jamaica. We would definitely request him for our pickup transportation going back to the airport.

Mr Lawrence was amazing. He waited for us for over 2 hours when our flight got delayed and immigration took forever! He was very welcoming and friendly and very down to earth. After a pretty bad flight and immigration experience, it was lovely getting to hear him talk about the culture and places on our way to the resort. Island Transfers and Tours folks were really good too. They did not complain or anything for the delays because of the flight and immigration and we really highly recommend them and Mr Lawrence as well!

First day no going so well. Check in. Was smooth and they took us to our room no problem. We got to the room to found out we had no pillows. Kids wanted to go to the pool and we were all hungry, husband looked on the app and it says that pool close at 6pm (current time 5.45pm) we call front fest and they say they only close for cleaning but they open again until later in the night. So we change in our swimming wear to go to the pool and find something to eat while there. Turns out that the information was not accurate, all pools and beach are close by 6pm, there is no food or cafes that you can go in your swimwear and all the restaurants need previous reservations and they don’t let you in wearing swimming wear… even though we were covered and had shoes in. No body told us this, we found out the hard way, after 1 hr walking around trying every to get in every restaurant on the way, not even the buffet restaurant took us in. We ordered room service and the food showed up 2 hrs later cold and terrible, hamburger buns were hard and inedible, French fríes stale. We were starving. We called a few times to guess services and to front desk looking for somebody to help and no body did. Very bad first day experience

Great driver and so worth the cost for the 4 of us. Beat having to wait for the bus to fill up. Landed at 11 and on the beach at 2:30!!

Back on February 18, my wife and I used the private transfer service from our hotel to the airport. Our driver showed up early and was very friendly. The car was nice, clean and air conditioned comfortably. The driving was safe and we made it to the airport in great time. Plenty of time to make our flight. Booking online was super easy and smooth. Would highly recommend.

I flew in later than what I said but someone was out waiting for me. Vinceroy was my driver that took me too my resort . He was great and he told me a lot of about Jamacia , he also made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. The driver on the way back was prompt and got
Me where I needed to go. I will use this company for my next trip. Thank you.

O’Neal is a good driver. Was on time for pickup. We found him as soon as we got out of the airport. Ride was safe and sound.
