I spoke with 3 different workers while there and all three gave me incorrect information about my questions. The show was just ok, on my opinion.

We were only in Nashville for a short visit but the Grand Ole Opry has been on my ‘bucket list’ for some time so was a must see. The show was fantastic with six or seven acts, the most well-known of which was Ashley McBryde. The show was approximately 2 hours long with each act singing two songs and Ashley three, although I was a little disappointed as we had an announcer from the tv station doing quite a lot of chatting and advertising various food items and businesses and we would have liked this time better spent listening to more music! Our $189 seats were to the side of the mezzanine level but as the stage is so large, we still had a good view.
A word of recommendation, a warning really, is that unbeknownst to us, the Opry
is now part of Opryland, a huge development about 9/10 miles out of Nashville so if you want to see a show and do not have a car, it is necessary to take a taxi. I have no regrets about going as the concert was great but it must have been fabulous in its old home of the Ryman Theatre, however I now have another tick on my ‘bucket list’.

This was our first visit to the Grand Ole Opry.

Along with the other performers, we were thrilled to see Pam Tillis on stage, singing her heart out!

We had a fantastic evening!
