Very well organised and easy pick up. Our pilot was really good and well informed. The experience was also very safety conscious and well planned. Not pushy on tips or anything. Our driver was really cool!

5Star Helicopters was great! The staff was friendly and the ride was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our pilot- Manny was very knowledgeable, skilled, and nice. Would do this again; highly recommend!!

The hope of my life is to tour the Grand Canyon again, a shame.
Flying in a helicopter is something special, but I have done it several times. I liked flying over Las Vegas, visiting the lakes along the way, but seeing the great canyon was honestly very difficult.
A pass over it with a few turns, but nothing like passing through the Grand Canyon like before. Will it be prohibited?
Of course, for the price I cannot recommend anyone to do the excursion.
If there is someone who has never flown in a helicopter, they can add that extra, but they will surely find a cheaper visit.
A shame I remembered it very beautifully.

Grand Canyon was amazing.. meant to be a 90 minute experience and we were back on the ground in 75 minutes.. pilot had virtually no chat.. experience could have been so much more interactive… Disappointed and we probably wouldn’t use 5 Star Helicopters next time….

The reservation agent was very helpful and the pilot was very nice and informative. The lady who checked us in however was not. She was unfriendly and pushy, almost rude. One person in our group was sick so I paid for 6 people and without that person she still charged me the charge for one person in our group for being over 250lbs - which she made sure to comment on in front of everyone. So 5 of us went in one helicopter and I was charged for 7. I wasn’t expecting a refund for the 6th but to be charged for a 7th was ridiculous. The flight was nice though a cloudy day. There are many other companies who provide tours - I would try one of them. Very disappointing.
