Bus ride was great! Our driver, Carleton, was a hoot, and the food at the canyon was very tasty. Loved it!

We booked a tour to the Grand Canyon (West Rim) and Hoover Dam and we loved it! Milton was a great guide, we totally recommend it.

The whole trip was fun, factual and engaging from the start. Driver and tour guide Calito is s real entertainer and people person who made the trip really memorable. His stories were educationally funny and advice was invaluable.

The tour was great! Our driver and tour guide Dirks was informative, funny, and accommodating. Guanno Poynt offered amazing views. The lunch was delicious. I would recommend it fir all ages.

First, the only reason why this experience gets 4 stars is because our guide/driver was amazing and I technically got to do everything I signed up for.
Our driver and guide, Hansel, was beyond great!! Aside from being a courteous and safe driver for the 10+ hour day, he was also very personable and patient with some of the inevitable stragglers in the group. He was a great guide and would definitely book another trip with him.
That said, the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon was less than magical. It was EXTREMELY overcrowded and the Skywalk photographers had ABSOLUTELY NO sense of the time constraints of the many different tour groups there. I saw one group of four "influencers" taking and re-taking photos for 15-20 mins, while I was rushed through my photos (both by the photographer and my own sense of decency for the many, MANY people still waiting to experience the Skywalk) in about 5 mins. Other folks on my tour bus that did the Skywalk had similar complaints and experiences. That part of the experience really needs to be better coordinated to make it a worthwhile experience for those who want to do it.
Unfortunately, lunch was similarly hectic since it was also held at the Skywalk restaurant which was ill-equipped to deal with the number of visitors that day. The lunch itself was a pretty basic chicken salad--nothing to write home about but perfectly fine.
The tour was ok and I did get to see the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam like I wanted, but the Skywalk wasn't't really worth the extra cost or the hassle.

Everything was perfect.
Brandon, our driver, was knowledgeable, funny, helpful and got us there safely.
This isn’t a cheap excursion but it’s worth it to get to the Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam
I managed to get some fantastic photographs in the time that I was there.
Drinks and snacks are provided throughout the trip and there is two rest stops included.
Pickups are easy - we boarded the bus at the Bellagio hotel at 6:30am and was dropped back at the hotel at 5pm.
No problems at all.

Truely amazing and must do trip. Ticks off main bucket list locations. It is a long day but definitely worth it. Correspondence for queries and instructions for pick ups superb with quick responses and pictures.
Bus was comfortable and had toilet on board to stop any anxiety of on long journey. Stops broke the journey well at various sites.
Miss America was excellent providing information and ensuring we got to locations early to minimalist the queues.
For me the skywalk could be missed out. It reduces time to enjoy the canyon in own time to get your own pictures and have some food. We spent a lot of time in a queue and then it is more like a photo op for making money. You can get amazing pictures outside and explore.
Due to the Skywalk I never got to see the local Hualapai parts of the Eagle Port visit or have a meal there.
I did enjoy food at Guano point and then this was my highlight location for climbing and exploring the canyon.
After this we went to Joshua tree location and Hoover Dam which were added bonus to the day.
Great day definitely go.
