1. Lake Mead National Recreation Area
Experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon from the air and ground on this helicopter tour from Las Vegas. After being picked up from your hotel approx 90 minutes prior to the flight time listed, you'll be driven to the heliport where you’ll board your air-conditioned Eco-Star helicopter. On your way to the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, soar over Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead.
2. Hoover Dam
As you fly over the Hoover Dam, you'll be left in awe at this particularly spectacular sight from the air, curved between the rock canyon walls. Marvel at this architectural wonder and enjoy the amazing views of the recently built bypass bridge. During your flight, you can listen to a recorded commentary about the Grand Canyon and its surrounds via headphones.
3. Grand Canyon West
As you reach the Grand Canyon and fly deeper and further into the canyon than any other helicopter tour, land on a private bluff overlooking the flowing Colorado River. From this incredible perch over 3,000 feet below the canyon rim, toast to your experience with a glass of Champagne and a light snack. While you celebrate and relax under an authentic Native American ramada shelter, your pilot will be happy to answer any questions you have about the canyon or your helicopter flight.
4. The Strip
Back in the helicopter, enjoy another 45-minute flight back to Las Vegas, this time flying over the world famous Strip. When you land, your transportation will be waiting to whisk you back to your hotel. Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

• Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
• The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
• There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

• Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

Great time and views on that once in a lifetime, bucket list experience! Professional and experienced pilots, I was never concerned about our safety throughout the flight! The stop at the Grand Canyon was remarkable, topped off with champagne and snacks! I’d helicopter anywhere with the Maverick company.

A great experience from start to finish. Maverick Helicopters was very accommodating from pick up at the hotel to the return journey.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity not to be missed!
A very informative flight with some great knowledge of the area we flew over, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and of course the Grand Canyon!
If you don’t what the hassle of a 12/13 hour day trip this is a great option and worth the extra expense.

If you are considering this experience but not sure about the cost... DO IT! It's so worth it. We had an amazing, safe trip to and from the Grand Canyon. Our pilot pointed out a lot of interesting landmarks and shared the history of the area, before landing us mid-way down the canyon for light refreshments (including champagne). So many amazing photo opportunities, and truly a once in a lifetime experience. All told it was just under 4 hours from hotel back to hotel, and couldn't have been a smoother experience.

I didn’t want to do all the travel to see the Grand Canyon so I chose to do a helicopter trip, which is obviously more expensive but I think was worth it.

Pilot was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Great slights flying out to the canyon, including the strip, hoover damn, lake mead and the Birds Eye view off all the terrain out.

Landed at the canyon and stayed for about 30 minutes with refreshments provided.

You probably see more with a road tour but some of them take 13 hours as the helicopter tour takes about 4 and half hours.

Overall very happy with the experience.
