We had a fantastic day with Carlos in Granada. It was a private tour. Carlos picked us up, driving the near three hours to Granada and back to Sevilla. He guided us around the Albaicín neighborhood. Carlos recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. Carlos answered all our questions and provided information we would never would have gotten from a tour book. Our tour of the Alhambra and Nazaries Palaces was conducted by Ani, an incredibly knowledgeable guide and local resident. We could not have asked for a better day.

It was an extremely good trip—and the guide was quite good. The only reason I give it a 4 was this: It’s important to be able to look into the face of a Black man or woman when speaking to him or her. Not doing so may be unconscious but should be examined. All guides and office personnel should be alerted to this defect and offered some training on diversity issues.

Another great trip with Tripadvisor and Naturanda! We were very happy to have our guide Alberto again.
The views were amazing! We took so many pictures! The tour of AlHambra itself was well done with Alejandro as our guide. We thoroughly enjoyed his commentary and expertise.

The guides, Antonio and Ana, are very good. The organization of Naturanda, however, left something to be desired. When booking tickets for the Alhambra we had entered our passport number but then we only had our identity card with us. The day before the tour we were practically told by GetYourGuide and Naturanda that it would be impossible or difficult to enter and after two hours on the phone we were about to give up. All we had to do was send an email to the Alhambra to confirm that everything was ok, in fact we then entered without any problems. For €150 each Naturanda should have either known or written the email/called the Alhambra for us.

Alberto and Jesus were fantastic tour guides providing interesting information and excellent historical knowledge. The tour was wonderful and very professionally done. I would definitely recommend it.

the Nazaries Palaces of Alhambra is not to be missed. The day tour is a long day but absolutely worth the effort. Our guide Antonio was fantastic. We had a wonderful time

My 4 friends and I decided to take the day trip to Grenada, to experience the Alhambra palace. To start, the bus ride with our guide Alberto was amazing! For a 3.5 hour ride, he kept us engaged with his top tier knowledge of Granada and welcoming smile and ecstatic energy. We stopped at the Albaicin neighborhood and grabbed lunch at a delicious restaurant called Casa Gabriel before heading to the Alhambra.
Upon reaching the palace, Alberto left us in the hands of our tour guide, Alejandro, who was probably the best tour guide I’ve ever experienced, with his humour, patience, and intensive knowledge of the palace. He also made sure to wait for everyone when moving to new areas and pointed out the best areas to take pictures. His transparency and ability to connect with us made the tour all more worth it.
Highly recommend booking with Naturanda for a day trip to Grenada, as the majestic experience was well worth it!

Nice trip to Granada. Put guide Manuel was excellent and the bus ride was good. It was nice that we stopped halfway for snacks/bathroom. Once there we had a new guide and broke into smaller groups which was great. It's a big place so having a guide was worth it.
