This was one of the best tours we have ever had. Steven felt like a long time friend. We took other tours during our trip and wish we booked Steven for all of it. The whole family enjoyed it. I can’t recommend Steven enough.

This was my favorite tour of the trip!!! Steven is the absolute best. He went above and beyond at every moment to make my day special. He was so knowledgable about the history and must see areas of the country. I hope to visit the Netherlands again and hire Steven as my tour guide for the whole week. I loved Gouda it was so charming and getting to go to an actual Dutch milk farm was a great experience. I loved the history and non touristy vibes in Oudewater! The witch museum was so special.

Let me start by saying I like to do things that are off the beaten path. This tour was right up my alley. Steven was able to tailor the tour to my interests, even allowing for coffee breaks so I could do some people watching. The dairy farm was very cool...and the cheese...oh, the cheese...it was ah-mazing. Finding out that I was not a witch (and having the proof) was a highlight too. As a female traveling solo, I feel it is important to say Steven made me feel comfortable and safe as we toured around the countryside. In addition to being knowledgeable, Steven is personable which made conversation so easy.

Scheduling an "off the beaten path" day tour with Steven was the smartest thing I did during my vacation to the Netherlands. The personalized VIP service and personalized tour was exactly what I was looking for. I liked that we could add things based on my interests (the stained glass windows in the church in Gouda are breathtaking). I loved that we had time to sit down and have a coffee or cocktail break as I love to people watch, especially in new places. Steven is knowledgeable (about everything!) and personable. I felt like I was walking around with a super-smart friend rather than a tour guide. Conversation on all sorts of topics was easy. As a single female traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and safe driving around the countryside with Steven. I highly recommend Steven and his VIP tours.

If you are a traveller wanting to see the unique side of Netherlands away from the large tour groups, this tour is definitely for you! This was absolutely my favourite day in the Netherlands.

We were picked up right on time, if not slightly early, by our tour guide Steve. This was our second private tour with Steve this week, so we knew it would be great.

We went to Gouda, and we were so lucky that it was market day! Music playing, wheels of cheese, and stroopwafle! The Gouda town hall is stunning. After walking around Gouda we were off to a REAL cheese farm! We sampled all sorts of cheese, and bought every kind we tasted. We then got to walk around the farm and see the dairy cows, they were so sweet!

Then we were off to Oudewater. This magical little city was breathtaking, I swear we were the only tourists there. We went to the weighing station, turns out I’m not a witch and have the certificate to prove it. When we were ready, we had lunch in this gorgeous terrace in the centre of town.

This tour was one of the best day tours we’ve ever been on! This tour is off the beaten path and a unique experience, and be sure to request Steve as your guide!
