This was a very well organised and well thought out tour. Our tour guide Maria was well prepared and delivered the information at just the right pace.
Each stop on the tour was introduced with enough information, and the an appropriate amount of time was allowed to visit the sight, get a coffee, use the restroom and peruse the gifts in the gift centre.
Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

In particular, we loved the amazing waterfall that was running at full force which reminded us of Niagara Falls. It was impossible to get as close as we wanted to without getting wet.
Michael, our driver and guide, made our time in the countryside especially memorable. Without his knowledge we couldn’t have appreciated the history of the area and our surroundings. He was natural, friendly and very courteous to everyone.

These people are terrible!!!! They left us standing at the hotel and never picked us up we called with in 15 minutes and they would do nothing They said Email for a refund and then didn't give us one they said there bus was at the corner but the site says pick up at hotel not corner Worst customer service ever!!!!! Book with another company

Terrible company! They don’t answer there messages. Left me stranded with no tour. I tried to change and cancel more than 24 hours before the tour no response. I only received a response after 20 attempts at communication. They don’t care for the customer. After all what is a tour if not service. Don’t use this company there are local companies and better options.

We did enjoy the tour because the three stops, Thingvellir National Park, Geysir Geothermal Area and Gullfoss Falls were amazing sights to see. The price is a good price and we had no problems with the bus.
The reasons I only gave it a rating of 3 are:
#1 Too much confusion about the pick up point. I even emailed Gray Line for more specifics prior to tour. When we got off the cruise ship we were told by staff on the pier that no tour buses could pick up at the pier and for safety reasons everyone had to shuttle to the pick up. They were so many people waiting for shuttles that we would not have made it by pick up time.
I called the Gray Line number and I spoke to someone but I could not get reasonable confirmation that we were in a pick up spot.. I described where we were. We basically had just stepped off the ship. As I was talking to Gray Line
we were told by staff on the pier that we would be escorted to the pick up area by pier staff but as we were getting ready to leave a bus pulled in and was our bus. We were not the only ones confused by this issue.
#2. The tour guide admittedly was new. He was nice and polite but he needed to give more information about where things were. It was mostly a bus ride to each location and then off you go on your own. I don’t need or want to walk behind a tour guide but a little more advice/instruction would be nice.
#3. More time should be given to explore Thingvellir Park, and less time at Geysir Area. I believe more time was given at Geysir so people could shop and eat. The Geysir area was small especially because of construction. We used the extra time to climb a small mountain to get a different view of the geyser geothermal area instead of shopping.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. Enjoyed the whole day experiencing the tectonic plates, waterfalls and just happen to be there when volcano erupted and she kept us abreast of the happening!

Going to the National Park and seeing where the earthquakes caused the divides in the Earth. The waterfall was beautiful!

Overall this tour was informative and a good way to see the Golden Circle. We were picked up on smaller buses and transported to the main big bus. Our tour guide was very talkative. Of the Golden Circle, this tour includes: Thingvellir Park, Geyser and Gullfoss Waterfall. I wish the same pick up process was used for drop off because it would have made things easier and faster.
