An amazing day, our tour guide ensured his knowledge and wealth of experience of the tour was very interestingly put across to us, ensuring we understood and keep our interest throughout the very long but, extremely enjoyable day.

Our guide was terrific and the scenery breathtaking. The snow mobiles were so much fun and the whole tour was managed brilliantly. Wear waterproof shoes though!

It was a terrific trip and our driver guide Flosi was really knowledgeable. We got a real insight into Icelandic language and culture.

An excursion that I recommend! Geysers, waterfalls, wild nature and as the icing on the cake the snowmobile ride on the glacier! Guide (Flosi) very competent and friendly

This was by far the best tour we took in Iceland. I’d heard it was a must do and the reviews weren’t wrong. The bus size and group were small, our tour guide Albert was amazing providing just enough interesting facts but not too many to overload you. The big thing to note is to layer. While the Golden Circle spots may be fairly warm, the glacier is cold and windy. Once you start whipping the snowmobile around, it gets even colder. Our only issue was we seemed to have a defective snowmobile that for the first 25 minutes repeatedly stalled and we held up the line, or people went around us. During the first break I reported the issue, the guides drove it around and saw the issue and gave us one of their snowmobile. While the issue was resolved quickly, we never should have left with that initial machine. It stalled before we even started off. One of the guides just put his thumb on the lever and waited until it took off. I asked him are we good and he said yes… but we actually stalled out seconds later and repeatedly over the next 25 minutes. It was a very rough, jerky ride. That all changed in the last 25 minutes when we were issued a new machine. Such a smooth ride. Like night and day. Apart from that, everything else was top notch. 10/10!

Extremely knowledgeable guide, visited the best places that we wouldn't have even thought about going.
We were so glad that we booked this tour despite also having a hire car!

Albert was an amazing guide. He had great knowledge of everywhere we went. The snowmobiling is an adventure on top of the glacier and my wife and I enjoyed it all. It is a great way to see so many sites in one day.

After a shaky start with some confusion by another group doing Golden Circle only as to where pick up was, we got back on track albeit almost an hour late. The excursion was extremely good great guide in Leifur and good driver Harold's. Gullfoss waterfall was fabulous and the Geysir. The snowmobile was gear fun as was the journey up to the Glacier. Thoroughly recommend this excursion.
