Truly amazing full day and one will never forget. Opportunity to see the unique natural formations, geysers, waterfall and to finish a wonderful geothermal spa. Our driver and guide, Albert, was superb - knowledgeable and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

I enjoyed the experience at Fontana Wellness - especially the bread experience from the hot springs (absolutely delicious - sweet and warm). It was a wintry mix weather so the Golden Circle was a little bit harder to experience. I can say, Iceland is gorgeous in the winter - stark but pretty. I wish we were able to walk through the Rift valley but we were not at Thingvellir National Park long enough. I appreciated being able to do the tour nonetheless. Our tour guide, Inga, was knowledgeable and shared information about each stop. When we were running behind on time, she called Fontana ahead to make sure we'd still be able to participate in the bread tour. I would recommend for anyone considering this tour that they make it in less wet weather, winter or summer if they can.

We took the Golden Circle /Fontana hot Springs. The golden circle started with Thingvillir National Park, a UNESCO heritage site where the tectonic plates of North American and Eurasia come together. Then on to the Gullfoss falls and the famous Geyser . We had great weather so it was lovely. The spa was very nice. Several warm plunges. Not man made. Originally we were scheduled to go back to Reykjavik and then do Borthern lights in same day. That would have been too much. Overall a wonderful day.

Views were amazing, stunning nature sights. Very cold so wear your overalls over your overalls! Albert was our tour guide and he made sure we had the best time possible, very knowledgeable and even made pit stops along the way because we had extra time! The wellness centre was spectacular like nothing I’ve experienced before, -2 outside of the water but you’re relaxing in warm soothing baths. I would do this again!

This was a highlight of my first time in Iceland. The tour was perfectly well paced with plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Eric our tour guide was the best guide I've ever had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing his knowledge. At the beginning of the tour he explained the format of the day and how long we'd have at each stop. He gave guests accessible options if they didn't want to do long walks or stairs. He showed us the best spots to get good photos and had tips and tricks along the way. Fontana was the perfect way to finish off an incredible day. It wasn't overcrowded and had great facilities.

A great day trip with adequate time at all 3 major stops on the Golden Circle. We didn’t once feel rushed and got to take in the beauty of every stop. Our guide Flosi was very informative and helpful.
Fontana Wellness spa was a lovely addition to the trip and very relaxing, just ensure you take towels or you need to pay for them at the spa! The geothermal rye bread experience was surprisingly interesting and delicious to taste!
I would certainly go again!

Had a wonderul day with Albert as our guide. He provided ample time at each stop, gave us great information during the drive (my kids lived listening to him) and even threw in a quick stop at a local dairy farm with the best fresh ice cream. Overall a great trip with a great guide!

Totally fantastic day out, guided by the great BG. The love he has for his country was evident, and he gave us a huge amount of information about Iceland, in a really engaging story telling way. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
The day itself was lovely, all the stops were very special in their own right. We had lunch at the Geysir sight and the soup was lovely. Fontana spa and eating bread baked in the sands was extra special. The weather was very windy and our extra layers really helped, so don’t leave your hat at home!

Excellent time with our guide Leifur. He pointed out landmarks among the golden circle ride and he was entertaining. The sights were great and the weather cooperated for us. The end of the journey at the wellness area was relaxing.

Amazing tour and a day well spent. We spent the perfect time in each spot. More active to begin and lots of relaxation at the end with thermal pools.
