Start the morning by visiting the Golden Circle route - the thundering Gullfoss waterfalls, the stunning Strokkur geyser that erupts every few minutes and Thingvellir National Park with its visible tectonic plates as well as Öxarárfoss waterfall are the highlights of the morning.
After a lunch stop at Friðheimar tomato farm, pamper yourself with a relaxing visit to the thermal pool " Gamla Laugin " (recently renamed Secret Lagoon). Created in 1891, it boasts of being the oldest swimming pool in the country; it is maintained at a constant temperature of 38/40 °C thanks to the hot waters from surrounding geothermal activity.

Our guide Halldr shared stories from throughout his life in Iceland and many historical nuggets that helped us understand the sites we visited. We even passed his childhood home! The tomato restaurant was delicious! Halldr had everything perfectly timed. I highly recommend this version of the golden circle!

We had a great time on our trip. Our guide Martin was a joy to be with. Very personable and informative. We would highly recommend him as your tour guide. All the sights were great to see, especially the waterfalls and ending with a relaxing soak in the secret lagoon

We were lucky enough to get LeRoy as our guide. He was enthusiastic, passionate, knowledgeable and 100% engaging. We are traveling as a group of ten and each and everyone of us were blown away by his attitude, story telling and desire to share details about the history and culture of Reykjavik and Iceland. Don’t just ask for him, change your schedule to ensure you get LeRoy as your tour guide.

Martin was great! He showed us beautiful areas in the golden circle of Iceland. I was slightly disappointed by the tomato farm. The place is pretty and they are very welcoming, but the food wasn’t as great as I was expecting. We were also sat in the wine bar section and I feel like we didn’t get the full menu which I was disappointed in. Secret lagoon (not so secret lol) was amazing! Other than the tomato farm the tour was great.

My husband and i went to Iceland and our travel agent recommended EastWest. Leroy provide us we a wonderful, exciting and informative trip. The smaller group allowed for us to meet and chat with new people. Excellent and timely services

We had a wonderful day. Our guide Monica was fabulous- she gave us so much information in a congenial manner- she was helpful and friendly.
The golden circle is just beautiful with amazing waterfalls and views. It took our breath away.
The tomato farm is a must see stop. Delicious food and the way they farm in such a sustainable way is inspiring.

We highly recommend this tour and especially our guide Bjorn. The sights were amazing and the food at the farm was delicious. Bjorn was not only knowledgeable but very entertaining and fun.
