Great family experience, I took my two younger teenagers and we all had lots of fun. Really good way to see a little bit of the coast from the water

Fantastic experience.Kids and parents absolutely loved it.All the staff very friendly.Definitely would do this again when come back to the Gold Coast.Highly recommend

Thank you Jamie for an amazing experience. Such a great guy, knowledgeable, happy go easy and up for a good time like the rest of us on the boat today. My son was scared at first then just wanted to go faster and faster. Felt very safe in Jamie’s capable hands… until he got us all wet of course haha.

We all had a ball, got wet and laughed. We had a nervous boy at the start but by the end he said it was the best thing he had done since we have been in the Gold Coast.
Helpful staff at check in, quick process in and quick process out, including the time it took to get our photos and videos sent to our phone.

Me and my family really enjoyed the jet boat ride. It was all our first time to do such adventure and we loved every minute of it. Our driver, Chris was really nice and friendly so the ride became extra memorable for all of us. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself and two daughters booked in November 21 for a jet boat ride. Due to daughters work commitments and covid it was difficult to make a booking. Crystal, who was my phone, contact went out of her way to ensure our tickets remained valid and eventually we had our ride. On the day of our ride Crystal was courteous, bright and happy and involved all the people waiting in the office. there was much laughter.
Michael our captain gave us the ride of our lives, made sure we all got wet and brought us back safe.
I would highly recommend this organisation and everyone working there.

decided to take my mum jet boating and parasailing for her birthday, the parasailing was cancelled and we werent too keen on going jet boating, but we did anyway. we then had a guy who was rude and couldn’t contain his ego, we got on the boat and sat in the front which is the biggest safety hazard and i dont feel like anyone should be allowed to sit up there, especially with him going as rough as he did, we got knocked around like crazy, the sides of my legs are bruised and swollen, my mum was in so much pain after going under the top of the boat, hitting her knees and smashing her stomach into the metal bar, her ribs are actually fractured. so after all this, we got moved to the middle because he could see my mum was actually really hurt and others moved to the front, where he then completely changed the way he drove and they hardly slid around like us. once we get back to shore, we head to grab our things and get out of there, but before we do the guy then apologises and gives us the video and pictures for free, in order for my mum being hurt, then i realised the videos were all cropped and cut, the bits where my mum actually fell down multiple times. obviously to save themselves, as the way he was driving and the front of the seats are a big safety risk and probably not even legal. had the worst jet boat driver, who was just trying to prove his point and took it way too far. i’ve been jet boating a few times and never experienced something as bad as this, definitely recommend EXTREME JET BOATING, not this!!
