Fantastic way to spend a morning, all the staff were great and the views very spectacular. They are very passionate about what they do and this comes out in the tour. Breakfast, wine tasting and an alpaca walk were great additions too, showcasing what else is available in the local area. Would recommend this tour.

Every aspect of the experience was exceptional.

Kelly is an excellent communicator and comedian, Dawal is an extremely competent pilot, and explained every step of trip clearly. Jay went above and beyond to ensure our trip was extra special. The entire team had the best vibe, and went above and beyond to ensure every customer had a wonderful time.

I highly recommend Hot Air Gold Coast if you ever want to have an enjoyable and memorable Hot Air Balloon experience.

The guys at Hot Air Balloon where on point we booked a private charter and wow what an experience it was smooth sailing from start to finish our driver Richie aravide on time and took as to the location and kept us company on the driver which was about an hour drive and Jay our pilot was incredible with 27 years experience it does show we took our 3 kids we are all under the age of 11 they felt safe and enjoyed the smooth flight over the hinterland an experience they shall never forget thanks for the amazing trip today.

Amazing experience for our 35th wedding anniversary. From booking until the end communication was excellent . The ride was breathtaking even though not much wind so didn’t travel too far. Breakfast wine tasting and alpacas at O’Reilys winery was perfect 😊🥂

From the early pick up in Surfers our driver Oliver was great a seamless drive to the balloon lift off point, laughs along the way and a pre flight briefing, Our pilot Dhawal was professional and informative with a great sense of humour. They took some awesome photos of everyone in the balloon. Absolutely a dream flight. Thanks guys.

This was a fantastic trip. Our hotel pickup was scheduled for 3:25am. When we came down at 3:24 our driver was there waiting. The balloon is so stable and tranquil that even someone fearful of heights can be at ease. The Pilot, Dahwal was entertaining and knowledgeable. The takeoff, trip, and landing were all picture-perfect. Most of our crew pitched in and helped with packing up the balloon at the completion of the trip, which was also good for a few laughs. The takeoffs and landings are done from cow paddocks, so it is recommended to heed the advice to wear closed-toe shoes. If you are traveling internationally, make sure to clean them thoroughly and declare.
