The boat went out and sped through very choppy water. I take motion sickness meds and even doubled down on them prior to the rode but was sick the entire time. I went on 2 other boat rides this trip and never got sick. The snorkeling was probably the worst we have done. There are just so many people and everyone is just in each other's way. You aren't even told which direction to swim or look. We were supposed to have a guide with this package but she said the water was too choppy and it wouldn't be worth a personal guided tour. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but mostly gave info at the beginning and then was gone the ret of the time. I wouldn't go on this tour again. Too many people and no one directing people to the right spots to snorkel. The private room also smells pretty bad, like stale and moldy.

As Gold Class guests, we were given excellent and extra care from the moment we arrived. The lounge was perfect, there were drinks, coffee and snacks. Sammy is super nice. She showed us around and answered all of our questions patiently. She also went snorkeling with us, and we felt very safe. It was unique despite the bad weather. The lunch was very tasty. I can only recommend this trip. The extra cost for Gold Class was definitely worth it.

Had a great time underwater on this trip.
Kiki and Ruth were great navigators underwater and Sammi was an excellent host in the cabin.
Food was good and the marine life were out in full force.

Had an incredible time on the boat in this tucked away room. We got to start snorkeling first and saw a huge wrasse, turtle and octopus.
Both snorkel sites were incredible.
Sammi and Rach were fantastic!
Highly recommend this tour!

This was truly amazing and lived up to every 5 star review that we read. FIrst the GBR, it must be seen. To see it with your own prvate marine biologist for the first 30 minutes.makes it so understandable
I am not a swimmer and Sammy made me so comfortable that I really enjoyed it.
It is all first class, the best
If you can swing it, Gold Class is the way to go.

This was a very enjoyable trip right from the start at check in when Eddy picked us up and took us on board. We had the gold cabin to ourselves which made the experience even more special for me and my wife. We were very impressed with the attention to detail over everything relating to safety. Our briefing was given by Nick our personal host and marine biologist. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip very easy. I would recommend this VIP trip if you’re considering going to the reef and if you make it to Cairns why wouldn’t you do it.

I booked this trip for my daughter and I.
I would definitely recommend not only this tour with this company but also the Gold Class option.
What a difference it made to be able to retreat to our own private air conditioned cabin.
Included was a well stocked mini bar with soft drinks, chocolates and chips, cakes , tea and coffee.
The personalised attention was also amazing. We were greeted by Nic, the Marine biologist, and were able to bypass the queue for check in. We were given a personalised introduction of what the day included and later had a private snorkel tour with Nic outside of the area the other passengers were swimming.
We paid additional for an introductory dive which I would recommend. The pre dive information and instruction was given by Phil, who is also amazing. I don’t think you could find a more professional and accommodating team and there safety measures seem impeccable.
It goes without saying that experiencing the Great Barrier Reef is a must for anyone… breathtakingly beautiful.
I would recommend this tour and would definitely book the Gold Class option again.

Had an amazing time on this tour! We were treated so well, from a timely pick up to being greeted at the dock and a lovely private cabin! Everyone was so nice and of course, the reef was absolutely stunning!

Awesome trip. Evolution is big, fast and comfortable, the only way to go, when going to the reef. She gets you out there quickly, more time to dive. The staff where amazing and the VIP lounge is the only way to go. We highly recommend this adventure.

We very much enjoyed our VIP experience. Eddie and Sammy (our host) were lovely and made us feel very special. The private room was lovely and had everything we needed - the weather was very windy and overcast so it was very nice to have a private space. All the staff were lovely and really helpful.
