I've traveled the world and this is the worst and most useless City Pass of all!
Very expensive for what it offers, you don't have priority entrances but you queue like everyone else to go to the cash registers, the guides give you information that you can easily read anywhere and they only accompany you for part of the attractions, then they leave but first they insistently ask for votes and positive feedback on internet platforms. Really terrible, a magna-magna that gives bad publicity to France and the French.

Would definitely go for the city pass again. We got to see nice spots we otherwise would not have seen. But book the Louvre a week at least in advance. We did not get into the museum as it was fully booked.

Very excited to spend my first time in Paris. I decided to go with the Go City pass, as we were only going to be there for three days. The evening cruise, was excellent. I also enjoyed the wax museum, the chocolate factory, and the aquarium.
However, I would strongly recommend that you do not buy this pass for the trip to Eiffel tower. it did not include the option to skip the line, and after waiting 2 1/2 hours the first day, we waited five hours the next day to get up the Eiffel tower. If your time is short, this is not the pass for you. I hope that they will look at including a skip the line portion for this pass. The tour guides we had both days were excellent. But they both had to leave before we were able to get up to the top of the tower. I We travelled to the complimentary lunch to be told we had the wrong type of pass, which was unclear on the website.
Grouping activities that are close together on the website is another fix for this pass.
In conclusion, pass on this PASS if time is limited.

The pass allowed us to explore areas we would not naturally have gone to. It provided us with a plan for the day and was definitely worthwhile. We chose a variety of activities from exploring to art to food. We loved all the excursions.

Scam!! Terrible customer services!! No way to refund! We bought it a couple of weeks prior to our trip to Paris and we realized that we literally cannot use it anywhere since the places are either fully booked for ParisPass holders or do not accept ParisPass, so we did not use it and immediately tried to cancel and get refund through their website, their whatsapp and their phone numbers. After a month no response whatsoever unlike the fact that they gaurantee on their website you can cancel it within 90 days if not activated. I think they would just continue with not responding within 90 days so that your time is over to cancel and so that they won't need to pay you back! I just realized that I am not alone in this and many people could not get their money back even if their conditions is acceptable for the refund!
Never Buy this!

Hexcel was one of the best people that we had met on our trip to Europe. She was simply amazing and went above and beyond for us. We can't thank her enough. Highly recommend her and the Eiffel tower tour that she took us on. 11/10 for Hexcel! A real gem

Like many others here, I had issues with the transaction and never received my ticket, even though the payment had gone through. I've not heard back from the company since reporting the incident, multiple times. As you can imagine it is quite exasperating as these passes are not cheap. I wish I had looked on TripAdvisor for reviews before committing to getting the Paris Pass. I would not have gone through with the company. Seems like this yet another way Paris scams tourists... (?)

Very nice offer we are positive we’ll have a good experience but no support!We have explorer number 6009994 and we are trying for a week to contact you and receive the Disneyland tickets to book the day we want!.I have checked the unwanted and junk! In any case unacceptable to not answer to the emails and app messages to offer help in so many days!!!

On May 29, my wife acquired the pass number: 5964020 and on May 30 she requested Disney tickets for July 7 and you answered that she would have the tickets in 48 hours.
She has not received them and has claimed them by email dated June 3 and by WhatsApp dated June 2.
She has not even received a response to the claim.
We think we are being scammed.
We claim the refund of the money
