Be careful when using. Bought a 3 day all inclusive, used for 2 days and a tour Operator scanned our pass for a tour we didn't know about, couldn't use for the 3rd day, became poor value for money

The Big Bus is a good tour as the Island Queen is as well , but after your purchase through Viator, the directions getting everything setup and the directions that the Viator reps give is not clear….. a better guide is needed, especially for Seniors

We got the 5 day pass but if we had known more about Miami prior we could have done everything in 3 days instead. What's cool about the pass is that we wouldn't have done as much touristy things if we hadn't gotten it. The downloadable app is easy to use and has information on the tours and your passes there. Be careful as not all information on the app about hours are accurate. Negatives: the Wynwood Inner Walls and Vizcaga Museum weren't included, there are multiple everglade tours, not everything is accessible using public transit/you need a car to get there. Also unsure if this is true as we hadn't tried using it two days, but the hop of hop off tour people said we can only use it one of the five days, also stupid that you have to activate the pass at one of their booths (there are only two) instead of just showing the pass.

We bought the pass 1 month before the pandemic hit and shut everything down. Once we knew our plans were cancelled (2 months later), I requested a refund multiple times and was continuously denied since the cancellation policy was 30-days at the time. So, we waited 1 year and finally decided to go to Miami, knowing that Covid restrictions were in place. Boy were we wrong. The attractions I bought the pass for initially were either completely closed (still - 1 year later) or had no adherence to Covid prevention that we felt incredibly unsafe. There was 0 chance we were going to South Beach given the massive shut-downs, curfews, hoardes of people, etc. The 3 things we did end up doing in Miami (over the 2-days) had little to no adherence to masking requirements or social distancing, and no enforcement. The majority of the attractions that were open were in Orlando or several hours away - not Miami!

Based on my continued requests to get reimbursed and their less than customer-service oriented customer service, I will never purchase from Go City again. I also would encourage others to proceed with great caution.

I enjoyed both and will be goinh again on my next visit. I learned so much about Miami on the Hop -on-Hop-off tour. Wynwood was the best. Only thing about Seaquarim is I didn't read the information correcty and didn't realize additonal tours and excursions had to be paid for at the park.

We bought a 3 day card & it DID save us about $60.-$75.00 ea. But the prices listed for the attractions are inflated compared to each ones' website, so the savings may not be that high. Some stops listed on the Hop-On / Hop-Off bus tour are no longer stops.(Ex: Jungle Island.) The Gray Line Bus listing for an Everglades Airboat trip stated a 4hr adventure ??? Well, we got there at 11:30am & were told to be back on the bus by 1pm...So I'm not sure we were even taken to the correct Everglades Trip or not. The worst part is Most attractions want a 24hr advance reservation at a certain time, so if something comes up, or you get delayed, it can mess with your plans for the whole day. Good Planning a MUST to get a Great Benefit.

I was a litlle disappointed, because the same day i did get the passes i was calling some attractions to make the necessary arrangements with the shedule. From Friday i did want to have the chance to do the Cycle Party at Wynwood for the following Tuesday, so i did call 4 days in advance. For my surprise it was not guaranteed because we were a party of 3, and the minimun to do the ride are 6. They always kept us informed but i felt like the priority will be those who pay directly. I left Miami and could not make it

So came across this City Pass online while researching about Miami and bought a 2 day pass for my time in Miami - May 2018

The website mentions multiple activities which can be done in Miami for the 2 day unlimited pass one can buy for $110.

I was able to redeem it at most places without any difficulty but at some places they want you to make an appointment 24 to 48 hours in advance .

I used the pass at the below attractions in my 2 days spent in Miami

1) Duck Tours -- (Had no issue whatsoever with this place redeeming it)
2) Hop on Hop off Big Bus -- (Was able to redeem a day pass but they also had included a night pass which the management refuse to entertain even after explaining that it is included. Calls to Smart Destinations about it did wield any results and it is difficult to get hold of them in the first place)
3) Vizcaya Museum -- Had no issues whatsoever
4) Jet Boat Miami -- Was able to redeem it over here but when I first called them they told me that they would require a 48 hour advance booking but then when I showed up at their place, there accommodated me
5) Bike and Roll Miami -- Full day Bicycle Rental -- Did not have any issues over here

All the activities which I engaged in would have cost me around $162 if I had done it separately saving me around $50

Also there were many other attractions on offer which one can visit but one can humanly do limited no of attractions in a day.

I would definitely recommend buying the smart destination City Pass if one plans to visit multiple attractions and has planned it well in advance.

It would be a good idea to call the attractions 2 days in advance before starting your trip
