they didn't let us on the sunset cruise on my birthday. they claimed i already used 3 activities, which wasn't true, so i had to head back to hotel with no cruise. scam artists

the first two outings were great. go city passes refused our third outing on my birthday. it was terrible. went all the way down there for a romantic cruise and said our passes weren't any good even though we paid for 3 outings. so no dinner on my birthday and back to hotel

Seriously the worst ever. Nothing was how it described on their website, we had to pay extra for everything, we ended paying more for everything then we would have just booking directly with the excursions. And when we called for a refund for those who couldn’t even use their go city they wouldn’t refund. And having a go city for Cancún is useless to us now. I will never use go city and I will never recommend go city to anyone I know.

Great value when using first purchase discount. We checked the activities were local to where we were staying before we purchased the explorer pass. We chose the 7 activities and bought two weeks in advance. We was able to download the pass to go city app via laptop it didn’t work on the mobile. So, the tours are extremely good value for money your getting them half price if not less. We were easily able to book each tour using contact details in the go city app. We did find however that anyone you came into contact with wanted more money, either tax, tips, or trying to sell you more stuff. We did cancun: food and market tour - awesome five stars, jungle speed boat and wave runner tours- all went smoothly lovely staff and activities thoroughly enjoyable, parasail- was a good experience but we were demanded tips and taxes that weren’t advertised, felt as though we were ganged upon for tips, Chichen itza, great tour was put on the classic tour because there was a problem with our driver, the guide was chatty and friendly but wanted to sell you alot of stuff, Emotions tour was fabulous, ATV and zip line, was a good day out, great comical friendly guide. We did cancel the Dancer cruise due to poorly belly but booking that was an easy process. All in all a great pass with tonnes to do at a much cheaper cost if you plan it out.

They picked me up in my hotel at 6:40am. But we left from la Isla mall at 8:45 am. It takes 10 min to arrive there from my hotel. They did not informed me that. No breakfast. I payed 50 dollars more to have lunch and tickets for chichen itza. Drinks not included - even non alcohol, which was not informed also. we go to a cenote, to swim is mandatory a life jacket, not included. Also not included lockers. You pay a lot more.
Go with xcaret group, at the end of the day it will be cheaper and they are the best. Never again. Super scam!

The value was great and it was easy to make reservations. Each experience we had was not discerned properly. We felt unprepared and a bit misled when the descriptions were not accurate. On the future we would go to each places website to verify descriptions and know what to prepare and most importantly what NOT to bring.

We did the 3 day all inclusive pass and took full advantage of all the offerings!!!
Take a look at the activities before hand, look at the details, make reservations if needed and plan out your days!
We had a blast on all of the activities! We had no issues using the pass on the phone!
This was a great value and feel like we got the best bang for our buck!!!

Cheap way to get tours. Tours are kind of off the beaten path. We did Tulum Express via email reservation. This was a quick 4 hour tour and no time on our own. Next we did Aquaworld seafood and aqua twister. These were good experience once we got past ticket booth. Took a manager to get us in the door with this pass. Much wasted time dealing with pass for the discount received. Need to make reservations for all ahead of time and nothing is walk in and do. Last we did emotions native park and it was well worth the visit, but again trouble with go pass at entry.
