Your first stop is the Fondation Claude Monet where you’ll be treated to a brief but informative introduction to the estate where the Impressionist master made his home. After the orientation tour, you are free to explore the House and Gardens of Monet at your leisure using a convenient self-guided audio app. Stroll around the lily pad-peppered ponds of the garden that were made famous by Monet’s own masterpieces. Admire the fabulous explosion of blooms which change depending on the season. Make your way around the artist’s ivy-clad house which has been restored to show how it would have appeared during the painter’s lifetime. HP, our tour guide and driver, was informative and nice.
Although very popular and crowded Giverny was a beautiful place to visit
I would recommend.

It was a great trip, even in the rain! Ratri was an excellent guide with fun history and great recommendations for Paris. It made the ride too and from Giverny fly by.. I could have used an extra hour, 2 hours was just not enough!!

Our guide was very helpful and nice. Very clear with instructions and gave us excellent advice, tips and information. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and cool places to go in Paris. The trip itself was amazing! Great views, very relaxing and magical place to go to.

Monet's house is very beautiful. Finding the bus was easy and we had a great tour guide who shared a lot of information on Monet's life. The audio guide for the gardens/house was informative as well. Depending on how passionate you are about Monet, I would recommend doing a longer excursion to give oneself more time to explore the town.

The house and gardens and ville were lovely. However, our guide seemed more interested in remembering our names then helping navigate the area and making sure we knew how to get back to the bus. It was very crowded and other than suggesting we take a pic of the license of the bus, we had difficulty locating the parking lot. Providing us with a central meeting point and guide us bs l to the bus would have been most helpful, as we observed other tour guides doing.

The tour guide, Liz, was lovely and was very knowledgeable and tried to make the trip better. However, the tour company did not plan ahead of time given the French holidays. So instead of the 2-3 hours we were supposed to spend at Monet’s house and Giverny instead we only had just over an hour making the entire visit very rushed. Luckily we were able to still go into the house but some people in the group were not. Although traffic is hard to predict the tour company should have anticipated this and given more time for the trip.
