Very interesting tour of “The Rock”.
You stand in the UK and look over at two different continents, Europe (Spain) and Africa (Morocco). Very cool. Worth a visit. Guide Maria was educational and very attentive. Gracias Maria!

Exactly as described. Bus to Gibraltar. Walked through passport control to Great Britain Zone. Crossed an airport runway. lunch in the town. Saw monkeys, caves, amazing views. Saw Africa across the sea. Long line up for passport control to return to Spain, and then a smooth bus ride back to Seville. They did not drop us off at the same pick up point, but it was still within walking distance of the original meeting point.

Overall we had a good day, the coach was comfortable and the guide was pleasant. However, we were disappointed that time on the rock and seeing the monkeys was so rushed. The main image of this tour is of those two things and what sold us on booking this trip, but we had hardly any time there at all. When we arrived in Gibraltar we had 2 hours of free time to wander around the town which was too long. Afterwards we met with a different guide who took us on a minibus to (quickly) see the lighthouse, the caves and the monkeys. We were expecting time to look around at leisure and enjoy the mischievous behaviour of these animals, but it was literally a case of the minibus stopping on the roadside and telling us we had 10 minutes to photograph that site and 20 minutes to walk through the caves. It was a conveyor belt. The guide that drove us to the rock was great and he did his best to make the trip fun, but it was a long way to go from Seville and a lot of money for such a whistle stop tour of the main attraction. If we knew when we booked what we know now, we wouldn't have gone on this trip.

Great tour, the weather wasn't great but it was still worth it to visit St Michael's cave and see the monkeys. Our driver Alberto was great and so was our guide Manuel. He gave us a lot of information on Gibraltar and it's history, which made the trip even better, as well as other hints for our stay on Seville. I highly recommend it.

Disappointed in tour. When we arrived we had free time but no orientation. The tour itself seemed too short and not as comprehensive as I had hoped. Would have preferred more of a tour that explained the roles the rock had played, especially in WWII, and what we could do in the free time other thn eat and look at shops.

I recently embarked on a tour to Gibraltar, and while the journey had its positive aspects, there were notable drawbacks that left a lasting impression.

On the bright side, the transportation provided was commendable. The bus was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout the journey.

However, the tour took a turn for the worse upon reaching the border. The tour guide, D. Castro, exhibited a concerning level of disorganization, especially during this critical juncture. It became apparent that adequate planning was lacking, leading to a stressful experience for the tour participants.

One of the major issues was the lack of consideration for individuals with varying mobility needs. As we arrived at the border, it was evident that not everyone in the group could keep up with the pace. Unfortunately, the tour guide did not take into account the differing abilities of the participants, especially those who were older and required more time to navigate the terrain.

The consequences of this oversight became glaringly evident when a member of the group got lost at the border. The situation was distressing, and despite the apparent disarray, the tour guide failed to notice the missing individual promptly. This lapse in attention and lack of assistance in reuniting the group created an unnecessary source of stress for all involved.

Given the size of the group, it was evident that a single tour guide was insufficient for the task at hand. The dynamics of the tour required more personalized attention, especially when navigating potentially challenging situations like border crossings. Having two guides could have alleviated the strain on the group, ensuring a smoother and more secure experience for everyone involved.
