The Gardens by the Bay were good experiences. The problem is the driver (who was supposed to have the tickets) said just to go inside, they will have them. BAD INFORMATION. The staff said that Tour East would have the ticket. I called and after about 1.5 hours of frustration and waisted time, I finally got it by e mail. Totally unacceptable. When tours are paid for, tickets should be issued. Vouchers are useless. Please re-look, meanwhile I am looking at other options.

Very professional, clean, good views and relaxing. Free wifi in many places which makes booking entry easy if you don't have a Sim card. All sorts of food for sale near the ticket office.

Don’t bother this is no different to a taxi only slower.
Picked us up at motel then dropped of with hundreds of other people and a central point.
Eventually got directed to another bus then sat there for 20mins without moving.
We then got dropped off at gardens with no directions we all stood there looking at each other wondering why we wasted our money and extra time!!

Did to miscommunication we never received an email re pick up this visit did not happen We went to Gardens by the Bay they would not honour the voucher we had and Tour East Singapore refused to email or fax our original tickets we were told we could pick them up from their office however they were closing in 20 minutes se we had to buy new tickets.

One of the most spectacular gardens and surrounds I have seen .Viator were very helpful in picking up from our hotel and dropping us off at the gardens.

We were picked up at 8.30 and taken to the HQ hotel where we waited for an hour before going to the Gardens, arriving at 10.00. We could have left our hotel at 9.00 and still been there earlier. It should have been made clear that there were 2 transfers involved.

This was nice if you need hotel pickup. But in hindsight I wish I would have taken the subway to get the gardens. it would have been a lot quicker and cost less. The driver was very prompt to pick me up, but then we had to wait for a larger coach bus at another hotel in town. It took about 1 hour from pickup at my hotel until we were dropped off at the gardens. The subway is so convenient and inexpensive in Singapore and they have inexpensive tourist passes for 1 or 3 days. There is a subway station right next to the gardens.

A truly wonderful experience. You could easily spent the whole holiday here and not be bored. Lots to do and see. Ques can be big and long during peak times. Big variety of foods on offer around the gardens.
